Upon entering the room I was overcome by the smell of smoke. I called the front desk and they informed me that all non-smoking rooms were taken for the evening. She then came to the room to spray deoderizer. The room size was really great and the bathroom was very clean (cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed in). I became unsatisfied in the evening when I tried to sleep. The room walls are so thin that I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. While a no frills place, it was very clean and comfortable and had a nice location with good eating options around. Would definitley stay there again when travelling to Ann Arbor for games.

The price was nice. Close to the exit. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and I was on the first floor. It's located by the freeway and turnpike and that's good for travelers.

I love the kitchen. It really helped us keep our costs down. I did not like the bedding. I brought my own. The StudioPlus was a good place to stay on a budget. I was tremendously impressed with the value I received. The room was nice and clean but not luxury. It was what I expected with some added bonuses. The full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were very nice to have.

Close to 75 North. We had a mouse in our room! It was not traveler friendly. It did not smell clean; had simple breakfast, did not have a warm atmosphere, and it did not help that we had a mouse running around our room. Of course, they moved us, but the damage was done to our psyche already!

The room was big and it was cheap. Bad lighting, poor color choices, and very tacky furnishings. It was cheap. It seemed adequately clean. But the room was depressing and ugly. I wouldn't want to spend more than one night there.

Modern, clean with a great staff. Old mattress and noisy refrigerator in room. Good location and very nice facility. Lots of amenities in room. Sadly the mattress was really old and worn out. The refrigerator cycled on and off all night and was loud. The walls are a bit thin as anytime anyone went in or out of their room the entire room shook as the door slammed closed.

Nice to have kitchenette. Beds were not comfortable, too soft, caved in center. The location was great but the beds were not comfortable in that the mattresses were too soft.

Spacious room, late check-in went wonderfully. Wish they had at least a continental breakfast. Since we checked in after midnight, the hotel staff came very quickly to our call at the door. I had requested some decaf coffee and it was already in the room. Very impressed.
