i stayed for 7 days and my room was very comfortable. The bed was really comfortable also. my biggest complaint was that they had cable tv, but you can only get a few channels in your room. i was sick one day and it got very boring. you can not pull up the channel guied on the tv. other than that, i had a great stay. i had people on both sides of me and everyone was always quite. The staff was always friendly and fast. i didn't have to wait to check in or out. i would definately stay there again.

They have bullet proof glass at the check-in counter. (Should have been my first clue!) I found out why after I got to the room. As I walked up to the room, through the filthy hallway, I heard a rather loud argument out of the room across the hall. I went into the room, hoping the noise would be less: It wasn't. After about an hour, a gunshot was heard outside my window, then the fight across the hall spilled into the hallway and banged against my rooms door. This continued most of the night. I ended up sleeping in the chair as the bed linens were obviously NOT CLEAN and had numerous pubic hairs. I tried several times to reach someone at the desk. When someone did FINALLY answer the phone at 7:00 AM, I explained what had happened and requested a full a full refund. They charged me for the night and refunded the rest of the week. No apologies, no explanations other than asking me which room I was in, and then saying out loud: It figures, those people across the hall have been nothing but trouble from day one! The low price for this hotel simply was not worth the lack of safety and concern that management displayed to me. I was afraid for my life most of that night. Worst hotel experience I have EVER had in over thirty years of traveling.

The hotel was in a great location, kept up very well, nice and spacious. The employees were very friendly and helped with anything and everything we needed. The room was set up nicely and definatly felt like a home away from home!

It was easy to find. Close to plenty of choices for eating and socializing. However, when I got there and decided to pay cash I was informed I had to pay a $25 deposit. I paid the deposit and was then informed that checkout was at Noon on Sunday and they're office doesn't open until I'd have to wait until they arrived to checkout and get my deposit or they could mail it to me....(LIKE I REALLY THINK I'D EVER SEE THAT MONEY AGAIN) Unfortunately, I had to leave church early to stop by the hotel to pick up my $$ before I continued on my trip...not very cash friendly business. The room was very nice for the price, until the sheet came lose from the mattress. (Yuck) Since I always carry a can of Lysol, I'd stay again for the price.

The Studio 6 Dayton was barely acceptable for my needs, however it is not exactly a very friendly motel. First off, the Internet Access SUCKS. Unless you are in a special room with one of the access points, you cannot get on. The data port that was in the first room didn't work, and when I plugged into it, it actually killed my phone service. The motel staff was clueless as to how to get it to work properly, and ended up changing me into a room with one of these access points built into the phone. The 2 LED's on the side of the phone for the network traffic are extremely bright, and disturbed me the entire evening. I ended up having to move the phone underneath the nightstand to sleep. Also, the clientele that was staying there that night wasn't particularly friendly either, two very loud arguments broke out outside my room, and nothing was done. Doors were slammed all night long around me, the walls are paper thin, and I woke up every 2 hours. The mattresses in my room were stained with blood, and other bodily fluids. I ended up sleeping ontop of the comforter, which did smell clean.

The Studio 6 Dayton was excellent, the room was large and had a kitchen area that came in very handy for our stay. It was close to shopping and restaurants.
