In addition to the sofa sleeper, comfortable arm chair, and large work desk, the oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of StudioPLUS, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

Only spent 1 night but great location and area with many things to do all with-in 10 to 20 minutes driving distance.

Had a great kitchen. Bed a little uncomfortable. Hotel was very nice. Room had a full kitchen and the room was a nice size. Room was moderately clean and staff was friendly.

Great place to stay. Close to ND and on a fairly direct route. Lots of restaraunts and shopping centers in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. Liked that it had a fridge, microwave, and table to eat at. Bed was comfortable. Only problem was my TV couldn't get the ESPN picture -- sound was there, just no picture. And compared to other hotels in the area for a football weekend, the price was competitive.

~The staff was friendly. The location was awesome because the hotel is located near a variety of resturants and the Mall area. I am very tall and I appreciate plenty of leg room. I was impressed by how spacious the rooms were. Very clean and nice size kitchen. I would stay again.

The hot tub was drained. The area seemed safe. There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance and several more options a short drive away. Walls were very thin, could hear someone next door snoring. Having a kitchen with full sized refrigerator was nice. All in all, I'd stay here again, but call ahead to make sure we get the right room.

The hotel was very clean and staff was freindly and a pleasure. Best hotel I have ever stayed that fit my needs. (this is coming from someone who travels 300+ days a year.)

Location, location, location, friendliness, safe. NA. Great stay; I only had one issue, the blanket on our bed was washed and clean but appeared dirty (encrusted dirt), the shower curtain had the same appearance. The room was wonderful and everything was very satisfactory.

Nothing. Dirty. The room was dirty, and the water, quite literally, did not shut off. Not just a drip, but ran fully open all night long. The bed was awful.

It was convenient and easy to get to with friendly staff. There were a few pet hairs on couch that could have been cleaned off. This hotel, overall, was one of the best we've stayed at doe a long time. The receptionist was very friendly and very kind to us when we arrived. The room was very clean except for a few pet hairs on the couch, but other than that, was a very nice room. We slept very well in the bed, and the mini-kitchen with stove, ref., sink, and dishwasher were all very convenient. Overall, I would rate this room, stay, and management and staff, excellent!

It was a good price. Didn't even have shampoo in room. Over all the hotel was ok for a place to rest and relax.

It was quiet and very comfortable There were spiders in the bathroom. The corners of the tub were not clean. Overall the visit was nice. The staff was awesome. I was just a little concerned about the spiders.
