In addition to the sofa sleeper, comfortable arm chair, and large work desk, the oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of StudioPLUS, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

The Studio Plus in Cordova was a very nice place to stay. It is in a great location, close to all sorts of shopping, places to eat, and close to the interstate. My only complaint would be the roaches in the room, mainly in the kitchen area.

I was disappointed with the stains on the couch, the lack of any workable exercise equipment, and the lack of shampoo/conditioner provided. The staff was really nice.

The rooms were dirty and smelly. The pullout bed was broken and unusable. There were no sheets or pillows in the room for it. They do not clean the rooms during your stay unless you request it and it cost extra. They will not give you extra pillows or towels.

The StudioPlus was not worth going to. We got in late and just wanted to go to sleep, but they were out of pillows, meaning we had NO pillows at all. So needless to say, didn't sleep well at all. The room did have a full kitchen with cookware and dishes, but I was just ready to check out and leave.

After moving in for what was supposed to be a month stay, I discovered dead roaches on the kitchen and bathroom floors. Also, the kitchen was not clean. The refrigerator and countertops were dirty, and the cabinets were nasty. Needless to say, I only stayed one night.

Great space, great amenities and very comfortable. Room sofa in poor condition and no racks in closet. Location was wonderful and very comfortable room. Will recommend to friends and family.

I found that this hotel will post bill you for misc. charges that did not apply to your stay. Be sure to check your bill/credit card.

Friendly staff, and their concern for my safety. Halls were dingy, carpet was old, needed paint. A friendly place to stay. Very convenient to Cordova area.

Close to Catholic church. Dirty, musty, poor security andnot staffed after 11pm. This was not a good experience. No wake-up calls. Dirty and musty. Bare light bulbs. TV remote did not work. Office is not staffed after 11pm and no wake-up calls are available. I believe this is primarily a residential motel.

The rooms were very large. It need several repairs such as toilets and walls. After I moved to the third room the 1st floor rooms were in better condition.

Like having a oven. Unable to use laptop on dial-up, access numbers blocked. Have stayed here before. Not happy that I had to pay $5 for high speed instead of being able to use dial up.

The desk clerk was nice. Bathroom floor hairy, sheets wrinkled and did not fit; bed uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel, it was not clean. I was not expecting luxury, but I do expect the floor in the bathroom to be free of hair and the sheets to fit the bed and be clean. The mattress needs to be replaced.

location. have enjoyed it in the past but will never again Air condition did not work in room. Basic bare bones place to stay. Nothing great about it but nothing especially negative either.

Easy to find, clean, friendly. No continental breakfast in the morning. For the price, I would stay there again, but I would prefer a continental breakfast so as not to waste time in the morning looking for a place to eat.

It was very spacious and comfortorable. Especailly like the kitchen. Hidden entrance and hard to get to hotel from main street. It was very nice. Only thing about this hotel is that is not an overnight attendant to assist with overnite problems that may arise.

Hotel amenities. Noise in parking lot and front desk's unwillingness. Very clean. Nice kitchen, newer interior. Loved the space and ability to cook. Front desk was not helpful when complaining about loud music in cars right outside our window. They seemed unconcerned. Overall, nice place, hotel staff could use some improvement.
