I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will be staying here again.

It has a full size refrigerator and full size oven/stove. They supply dishes but do not assure they are washed and they supply no dish soap. I liked it quite a bit overall. The staff is friendly and helpful the room is nice and the property is clean and quiet with no riff-raff hanging around.
Date of Stay:
December, 2007
Not even for free.... outside door wouldn't lock, corridors filthy and in terrible condition, room was the worst I have ever been in, walls, ceilings, floors, and curtains were stained and filthy, furniture stained, kitchen was a joke with rusted and dented refrigerator, sink would drain, bathroom sink and shower wouldn't drain as well and shower dripped all night. No one on the desk to talk to. Company says they are refurbishing but there were no signs and no warnings. Stay next door at the Marriott, Hilton, or Comfort suites.

I read the reviews which were good before booking, however upon checking in I was deeply disappointed. The hotel was dirty. I didn't want to touch anything in the room or bathroom. The walls were dirty, the carpet was nasty, the washclothes and towels had stains. The location was excellent near shopping, restaurants, interstate, and sites however the tradeoff is not worth it.

Affordable and well kept. Very affordable and pleasant.

Had a hard time trying to get clean towels to get cleaned up. shower did not work well, pool was dirty and not lighted up.

This was a nice, comfortable place for me to stay. I was really impressed with the staff and their friendliness and professionalism.

Location was good. Noisy, uncomfortable bed, not well maintained. Cheap hotel with no frills.

The Studio plus at Inverness was well maintained and has a very friendly staff. The location is convenient to several restaurants and shopping areas. The room was large enough for my for me to do work on my lap top comfortably.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
The bed was horrible. The hotel was decent overall but the bed was very uncomfortable.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
The hotel was clean and the full kitchen was much appreciated. The hotel is located at the top of a hill of a Cul-de-sac with a lot of other hotels, and the area seemed safe. However, my car was broken into at night and several things were stolen out of it.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Excellent location. Not easy to see where it is on the street.
Date of Stay:

Spacious. Smelly hallways. The hotel served its purpose. It was pretty spacious compared to other extended stays, but furniture was old and outdated. Bed was pretty hard, but served its purpose as well. The rooms don't have direct outside entry, so I felt safer. One of the chairs in the room was wet (don't know why) and the front desk offered to replace the chair immediately.

Room space was good. Room was next to hotel laundry room and noise was coming from room above. Location of hotel was good but room needs to be renovated and appliances need to be upgraded.

I love the studio setup. No type of business center with computers and fax machines. This is an excellent extended stay hotel that I would recommend to almost anyone. Very roomy and efficient.

I liked the overall design of the hotel. I did not like the lack of a continental breakfast bar. I enjoyed my stay at the studio plus extended stay hotel in Inverness Alabama.
Date of Stay:

Friendly staff and clean room. Hotel was a little noisy. Very clean and friendly staff. Large room and nice shower.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
It fit my needs. The bed is small. The hotel is fine if you just need a place to sleep; there are no luxuries but is clean has a fridge, microwave and a television.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Location was very near where we had plans. The smell in the Hallway. It was not pleasant at all. Our overall experience was good. I wish the hotel had been a little nicer, but that was the best we could get for what we were willing to pay. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway to our room. The grounds were limited, but well maintained. There was not much of a view.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
It had a kitchenette and was close to target. It was adequate and not overpriced. Functionally it was helpful to have the kitchenette. Otherwise not much good or bad to say.
