Nice, quiet place to stay......no frills, but clean and comfortable!

The room was very smelly as in stale and cigarettes. The room didn't appear to have been cleaned well (bathroom tub dirty, non vacuum floor). Stayed on the 1st floor and the sliding window was broken (would not lock). Food left in the refrigerator from last visitor. The staff though was pretty good, professional. Location was great. Malls and food close. Close to Cincinnati. Would not recommend.

The Studio Plus was mininally comfortable. The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned. I opened the room and the bed was unmade, towels were on the bathroom floor. I was then given a room that smelled wet and like stale smoke. The bathroom towel mat was still wet, ugh. I had to open windows, turn on bathroom exhaust and air conditioner at the same time to get the smell from the room. That really never happended since I was there only for 1 day and 1 night. I would not stay there again. The upside is I was able to find numerous chain restraurants and good access to freeways.

Place was clean and close to stores, freeway, places to see,etc. Staff was very helpful. Hospital, if needed, is just down the street. Stores are just down the street. Ideal location. Only down side, was that people did not clean up after their dogs. Staff should have been more insistant. We will consider staying here again if the chance arises again. Thanks

There were stains on sofa bed, where my two children were to be sleeping. And when we got to our room there was a not so pleasant smell. The staff person that we had contact with was very pleasant.

Stayed there for 10 day.The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned before I got there and the toilet was splatered with you know what.The sofa had white stains all over it and the kitchen et had dried food stuck to the floor.They are suppose to clean the rooms every 5 days but they never cleaned once during my stay.Oh and the Iron was broken and when I went to the front desk the manager could not accomadate me with an iron that worked.Even though they had empty rooms that she could have gotten one from.It is a shame the place has nice ameneties but is porly managed and not well kept.

For a good night sleep it is a good place to stay. I was suprised with the confort of the bed since getting a great night sleep is important to me. The hotel could use renovations...entry way and hall way capet has seen better days. The kitchen was convenient though in our room two of the burners on the stove did not work. Close to Cinnciati which for us made the stay a great value.

Cheap, right off highway, near airport & grocery etc (convenient), helpful staff, spacious room. Hallway a bit dirty, otherwise clean. Good room (clean & comfortable), especially for the money. I had some problems getting in late, but the staff was able to help me and were friendly (at 2am). My only complaint was that the hallways were a bit dirty (gum wrappers), but allover a good value.

Convenient location. Incompetent clerk took 20+ minutes to check us in, non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Convenient location. Potential for being a nice hotel. The staff was incompetent, and didn't know how to work the check-in computer. When we arrived in the room air was running full on a cold evening. After turning the air off the room and linens smelled of cigarette smoke. I wouldn't stay there again.

It was close to the restaurants and stores I needed to go to. Only one elevator. Nice place to stay was like a small apartment and you could relax here. It was great having a kitchen area so you could have a midnight snack if you wanted and not leave your room.

Location. The room needed cleaning - much cobwebs and dust. The floors are all uneven and the room was dusty with cobwebs everywhere. Do not stay here for romantic reasons!

Only the location. But it was a dump a total dump. It was filthy with drunken construction workers everywhere. This is not a hotel. It is a dump, a dive and a dangerous, filthy place and I believe air will never use it again for their lack of assistance in getting us into a decent place.

Close to a major highway. Dirty, rundown, noisy, smell of marijuana throughout. I was not only uncomfortable with the condition of this hotel, but I also felt unsafe.

Nothing. Dirty and stinks. IF you value your health you will not stay at this hotel. A lack of seals on the room doors means that so-called non-smoking rooms get the smoke from smoking rooms. The last room I stayed in also stank of old gas and oil. I will not be back.

Price - ONLY! More than two days to fix hot water. This hotel does nothing to keep noise down and smoking to smoking areas.
