Just a stop along the way south, but I was living cheap and had brought my own food so a full kitchenette was a THRILL.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
Nice location. Lack of kitchen utensils. Silverware plates etc. Nice location and for the price I was pleased. Front door broken one night and had to go around to the side. For a hotel with a kitchen their should have been more silverware, glasses and bowls etc. One bowl for two people don't cut it.

The hotel said they did not have my reservation so they made me wait in the lobby instead of giving me a room in the meantime saying that it would mess up the reservation when it came in. The room was NOT CLEAN. There was hair on the sink, toilet seat and floor. There was supposed to be a hair dryer but there was not. When I asked the desk, I was told they had given them all out and I would just have to wait until somebody else turned one in. Because it was billed as having a hair dryer, I did not pack one and was forced to attend the business conference with dirty hair because I had no way to dry my hair and couldn't go out in the snow with wet hair. The fitness center consisted of one stationery bike, one tread mill and one other piece of equipment stuck in a room approx. size 8x10. Wanted to use it but thought better of it after seeing the room and then the lack of equipment and shape it looked like it was in.I will never stay there again.I can recommend the place across the street, Brentwood Suites. Stayed there Oct 2007. Very clean. Extremely nice people. Unfortunately they were booked. Live and learn.

Studio Plus was a nice Place to stay for a weekend getaway, Great for the price you can't beat it.

Location is the only thing. Usually I've been happy, but his room was really dirty and smelled musty. It just wasn't a good experience at all. They need to update their rooms and work on their cleaning. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the whole room was just gross.

I did not receive the room I reserved, alternate accomodations offered. The rooms were dingy, filthy carpets, poor ventilation, stale smelly air. Loud overnight guests disturbing sleep during early morning hours. Daytime staff very polite, late night operators unresponsive to noise complaints.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
Only complaint was the pillows were flat and hard. The 2nd night, I asked for a better pillow and they got me one

The front office were very friendly anywhere I needed to go they helped me find my way. There wasn't anything thatI didn't like about the hotel. I thought that the people at the hotel were very kindly, and if you ever needed directions they were right there to guide you. I also thought that the hotel was handy.

Studio Plus of Nashville-Brentwood was not a great place, nor was it a terrible place. If you want something with a lot of comfort, I would defintely go elsewhere. If you simply want a place to stay at a reasonable cost, this place is alright. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay $5 for wireless internet use (the $5 covered the entire time I stayed at the hotel). They should defintely have free wireless internet!

The staff was more than accommodating. The hotel was fine. The hotel itself was good. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

Great value for the money, close to the freeway and friendly staff, would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and kind. Hotel needs to be painted and updated. This hotel was fine for what I needed. It is convenient and the staff was friendly. The rooms need some paint and updating.
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
Hotel staff was very pleasant and provided prompt assistance when necessary. Room were clean and comfortable with business travel amenities. Only a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Nashville; the hotel is in an excellent location near resturants and shopping. I intend to stay at this hotel in the future.

The rude condescending staff. The hotel would have been fine except the staff was rude. They made no attempt to remedy the problem of a non smoking room. However, the room they thought was a smoking room turned out to be a non-smoking room that had been converted recently.
Date of Stay:

The room was surprisingly large with a bed, lazy boy chair, kitchen table, fridge, microwave, stove and oven. Almost everything was provided for the kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans) however there wasn't soap or a sponge to clean them with. My only complaint was that the room had a slight musty smell to it, as well as the hallways, but housekeeping sprinkled carpet refresher in the hall and that helped a bit. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice room at a great price. I don't want to stay in a regular hotel anymore because you can cook your own meals this way, which saves a lot of money on long hotel stays!

Showers were great, beds were great. Floors were filthy. There was nothing special about the hotel upon arrival. There are no elevators. Rooms had a lingering smell - maybe of smoke? Floors were filthy. When wearing white socks in the room they would immediately turn black. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The shower was great. Wonderful water pressure, and didn't got cold. Overall the hotel felt run down & a little dirty, but the good bed & shower made up for it.

Convenience and friendliness of staff as well as them being accommodating to our needs. We usually use this hotel for our monthly trips to Nashville and find it very convenient for our needs.

The full kitchen and studio. Nothing. Great hotel for the price.

Soft Bed. Room was not very clean. This property sets in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was very poorly cleaned. This was rated as a 1 star. 1/2 star might be a better rating.
Date of Stay:

Quiet. Dead decayed roach caught behind the glass in picture on wall above the bed. : Disgusting, so I took it down temporarily so I wouldn't see it. Basic, no frills, decent overall.
