StudioPLUS Rockford-East is designed specifically for people who need more than just a room while away from home. In addition to the sofa sleeper, comfortable arm chair, and large work desk, the oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of StudioPLUS, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

I was in town to decorate and then attend a friends wedding. We were running very late and I called [...] the Manager and she had everything ready for us to check in and get us in our room ASAP. She was fun and friendly! Had cool glasses too!

Wonderful staff. Worn furniture. The Studio Plus is exactly what it claims to be. A clean place for long-term business travelers to call home while they're away. Not many frills, but not many frills needed. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The garbage can in the hall was foul smelling & long over due for emptying. It was very good for the price.

This was our first stay at a Suidio Plus and since we have become accustomed to more space and amenities(time share owners); we knew that we wanted a kitchen, sitting area and such. For a weekend, this worked out fine as we were in town to see a concerta and to relax. The facity was clean and quiet and located to many dining options along E. State Street. Although it was adjacent to an Exotic Dancer Club (Go-Go girls in Bikinis, yiou neveer felt that you were in a seedy area, as there are at least a dozen other hotels within a short walking distance. Located right off the highway, it is ideal for the travelling business person and would be great for a couple who are staying for a week in town.

Kitchenette provided place to store snacks. Dust balls, dirt under couch and recliner. Nice hotel and sofa bed provides place for 2 people to sleep. Rug could have been cleaner.

The room was spacious and came with a full kitchen. That it wasn't free. Very convenient for all travelers. Great price. Clean. Had everything we needed.

We liked everything. I travel a lot. Stay in many motels. I wish I could take this one with me, along with the staff. Very clean and comfortable, they were very polite to my guests. Over all a wonderful stay.

Fold out couch so 2 people can have bed; kitchenette. No rooms with two double beds; charges for using internet for a couple of hours. Nice hotel and like that fold out bed available so two people can each have bed. Won't pay $4.99 to get internet access for a couple of hours.

Clean, efficient, & close to where I needed to be. I had to plunge my own toilet! My stay was great a clean modest room, friendly staff) then my toilet stopped up. The hotel does not have a maintenance staff for the weekends which was when I stayed) and the front desk had no solution for me until I suggested that maybe the toilet just needed a good plunge, so they said they could get me a plunger. Not only did I have to plunge my own toilet but I also had to retrieve the plunger from the front desk myself!! In my opinion, that is not acceptable no matter what star hotel you stay at.

Hotel was pet friendly. There were no restaurant. A nice extended stay hotel no bar or restraint but did not expect it either.

The evening front desk lady was very friendly. The hotel room was dirty. 2 dead bugs on the floor and old food in sleeper sofa. The front desk needed a 2nd worker. When I arrived the receptionist was helping a man and she had to spend about 10 minutes with him. The room was very dirty. I found a dead bug on the kitchen floor and one on the bathroom floor. When my kids opened the sofa bed they found food on and under the mattress. During the night the empty room next to me had its clock radio alarm go off. There was no office staff from 11pm to 7am. So I had to listen to the alarm from 3am--7am. When the staff got in it took another 20 minutes for them to come and shut it off. When it was time to check out, I wanted to complain about all my problems but there was no one at the front desk. Just a note that said someone would be back soon. I waited about 10 minutes and no one ever came back. I would never stay at the hotel again.

Kitchenette handy. Charge Internet access fee. Not worth $5 to check email for 2 days. Clean, nice hotel with kitchenette and foldout bed for two people. Good value.

The staff was professional and friendly. The guest room was large but the carpet was quite dirty which a huge turn was off. This hotel is located close to shopping, restaurants and i90. This hotel would be perfect if the carpet were replaced.

Excellent hotel for people to have an extended stay. Cable T.V. Clean. Nothing. Hotel was very nice, definitely deserving of a higher rating than one star it got. I would give it three stars. Great for extended stays, near expressway, food, shopping. Easy to find, friendly staff and lock box with key for late check-in. very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Good location, easy to find, clean, polite staff. No ice machine. Good hotel, polite staff, clean nice rooms. No complaints we would stay again.
