As a guest of StudioPLUS, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport.Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

What was offered was there. I enjoyed the kitchen and the refridgerator. However, the place was older and well used. Little things were not taken care of. For instance, the remote was sticky and had no batteries. The kitchen had stains on the walls around the stove. The lights were dim and irritating. Lastly, the picture of the hotel is not the hotel: it appears to be the hotel next door. The hotel actually is a brick building with a blue entryway. However, the staff was wonderful, helpful, and some of the most polite people that I had the pleasure of speaking with while in St. Louis. They made up for the inferior room.

The hotel was a good value in a good location. A few items in the room needed some maintenance/up-keep. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant and safe stay for my family.

Booked the room for a month with the manager and an obvious trainee. Now the manager who oversaw the whole booking doesnt understand how this could have happened but she cant help. Housekeeping was not provided as scheduled (once per week), This is a substandard operation and it shouldnt be.

Staff was very friendly. Accommodations. The bathroom in the hotel was not equipped with a hair dryer and it was not stocked with shampoo/conditioner, the covers in the non smoking room I was in had cigarette burns in them, the carpets where stained, the TV was very outdated and I had to hook the cable up to even watch TV.

The room was huge with a pull out bed, so my friend and I didn't have to share a bed. This is the hardest place to find. Directions on GPS were wrong and calling the front desk was only helpful if you know the surrounding areas. All in all, the hotel was nice. The kitchen had a bigger fridge than we expected, and the stove was great. I would have preferred cheaper laundry facilities, but for the most part it was exactly what we needed. I would recommend for business travelers or a family traveling on an extended vacation. We only stayed two days but would have been comfortable with a longer stay. Oh, and they allow pets, which would have been great to know beforehand, we could have brought the dogs!

It was a good value for the money, spacious and very clean. The television looked liked it was 20 years old, very small and on a weak looking stand. It's a good thing, I was not in the room much. Overall the hotel was a good value for a short or mid-term business trip. There was plenty of room to work and many businesses nearby.

Accommodating manager. Cleanliness. Key failed at 1:30 am. No one around till after 3:30 am. Employee was rude. After non-working keys until after 3:30 a.m. (waited 2 hours for someone to get to the desk), the first night along with a rude employee, we were not very happy. The TV was not programmed, but my friend knew how to do that. However, when we checked out, the manager did her best to make things right. I would probably stay there again.

It was convenient to the reason for my trip. Office staff was not available when I checked out at 6:00 AM. I was not able to get a copy of my bill without returning to hotel.

Very affordable and sizeable room/kitchenette. Hallway smoke. Decent and one-star hotel. Nice sized room & kitchenette. The hallway smelled of smoke, but the room did not.

Room was clean and spacious, room met all my needs. Could not check in between 11pm and 7 am. Hotel has a good location and is easy to find. It is close to the airport. The room is clean and the kitchen has the nescesary equipment for long time stays. Staff is very friendly and offered good suggestions as to where good places to visit were. I had a lot of fun.

I can't think of anything. No elevator and filthy. I was shocked that I had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, wiggle around a ladder which was in place in the stairwell for painting and then opened the door of a room with filthy carpet. Major disappointment.

One staff memberwas very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the trash is not taken out very of from the hallways so they have an oder. Staff is very friendly. I liked the kitchenette, very convenient instead of having to eat out every night. Location is very convenient and easy to get to.

It had a small kitchenette with a stove and full refrigerator and a few utensils with pots and pans. There is no elevator and it looked like the trash hadn't been taken out in a week. The staff was very friendly. The rooms weren't wonderful, but they served the purpose and having a small kitchenette was a plus. There was no elevator, but the building was only three stories high. There is a small gas station next to it for any late night snacks you may need. The housekeeping could have been a little bit better, but we also went right after one of many snow storms St. Louis suffered this year. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are on a long business trip.

The receptionist was very very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. No rooaway cots. Close to good stuff, near the highway, nice pool for the kind of hotel it is and I'd stay there again.

My room was suite-like; bed secluded from kitchen area and very nice! Air conditioner did not work properly; I alerted the hotel at checkout. This is a nice place. Three floors, no elevators, but the room I stayed in was excellent: sofa, kitchen area, roomy bath. Quiet location (except for busload of kids running on the third floor Saturday morning but not too early.)
