In addition to the sofa sleeper, comfortable arm chair, and large work desk, the oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of StudioPLUS, you receive complementary movie channels, free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a two-line phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed 150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.

The suites cost the same as a double bed hotel room. It was very quiet, not many guests when we stayed.

Clean. Tried to cancel my reservation. I would not stay here again. Too many hotels in the area that wouldn't try to do what they tried to do; cancel my room inside of 48 hours of arrival. While they offered another room, it was at a sister property that was at an inconvenient distance. They tried it on four out of 10 people in our group. Dissatisfied with the process.

I checked into this hotel on Saturday, last We had a pet and we paid the pet policy charge. The dog found dozens of candy wrappers under the beds, hair pins everywhere, and generally was hoovering up things that the staff should have hoovered up themselves. We had to ask 4 times for a hairdryer for the room. However, the final blow came when rather than put the room charge on the credit card that they were presented at checkin, they put it on my check debit card that I used to reserve the room 3 months earlier. This was not done with my permission and I did not find it out till I went to use my debit card to purchase gas on my way home, miles from the hotel and miles from home, and found that I had no money in my checking account. Once home, I checked my accounts and found that they had debited my checking account not once, not twice but 3 times for the cost of the rooms, to the tune of nearly *, cleaning out my checking, and my bank charging me overdraft charges. A restaurant debit bounced because when the restaurant charge went through, all the money having been swiped by the hotel. When I called to complain the hotel staff had the gall to say it was my bank who had debited the money 3 times from my checking account. It has now been 24 hours, my checking account still shows a negative balance, and I am still waiting for them to reverse the charges. I wouldn't stay here again if THEY paid me to stay. And my friend's charge card, used for the pet policy was also charged 3 times. She also waits!

The StudioPlus is an extended stay hotel. This hotel does not have the ammenites I had hoped. It was not a poor hotel, and if I were homeless, I would be very appreciative of the room. However, the room smelled of fried food (some previous occupant had fried several meals, I assume). The bathroom facilities were very clean and the bed was clean...the pullout sofa bed was unmade and had a urine stain. THe staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

We were there for an overnight stay and all was to our liking. They had a very convenient late arrival check-in system. The hotel was clean and well-cared for. The carpet in our room and hall appeared new-ish. I wouldn't hesitiate to stay there with my family again.

Although our two bed suite was a bit threadbare and the kitchen not as clean as I'd have expected, the suite was large, comfortable, and had an excellent view. The building was very quiet and the suite very well soundproofed. The staff was very accommodating.

This hotel is nasty, outdated and in need of renovations. The outside of the hotel is nice but when u get inside the hotel is unattractive.

This hotel needs complete renovation. Rooms were dirty and carpet smelled. Staff was friendly but this hotel is terrible.

It had so many nice things kitchen and so on, I will go again so will my family. It was in a perfect location for us as we have family there, also it was so nice and clean and the staff was great, it had so many special features, it was a very pleasant stay.

Like that I could cook what I wanted there. The room smelled and the furniture wasnt as attractive and the other extended stay the I stayed while in Virginia. I was hoping for a dvd player too. Good for the price and very convenient. I think the rooms need to be updated like the other extended stays. I loved the staff. They were very helpful and polite. I think wireless should be free also if you have a lot of business travelers.

Although we checked in rather late in the eveing, the staff was especially accomodating. I was surprised to see that it was so clean and neat. The staff were great. Our TV was not working properly and they came in to see about it right away. They didn't know for sure what was wrong, but offered us a different room or a different TV. As we had settled in for the night we didn't want to move so we opted for a different TV. As it was quite late we said the next day would be fine. They were there in the morning(not too early) and exchanged the TV's quickly. We were very impressed with the hotel and will stay at it again if the occasion arises.

The room (a suite) was spacious and comfortable. There was a full kitchen and separate living room. Like a smal apartment. Very nice. The stopper in the tub was broken. It's very conveniently located, just two turns off the Interstate. It's also close to several restaurants and a KMart. Clean and tidy. Had a very positive experience overall.

Loved the full kitchen. No ice machine. Nice hotel with a full kitchen. We didn't see many hotel employees. They only clean the room every 7 days since they specialize in extended stay guests. But the room was clean and it was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay.
