Dining:
The Terrace Bar and Brasserie Restaurant are at the core of the hotel with our kitchen team using fresh quality ingredients to provide an interesting, seasonal menu selection. The bar provides quiet corners on one level, as well as plenty of space on another, for teas and coffees or lunch in a more informal style. Natural light through the conservatory creates a peaceful air that permeates the hotel.

OK for one nightHotel was OK but rooms were a bit on the small side. Cleanliness good, customer service good, breakfast ok. Felt it was a little overpriced for what we got. Bar very expensive with poor service - barman kept disappearing.

We arrived early in the day for a wedding that afternoon as a family of six booked in three rooms. The staff did there utmost to ensure that one of the rooms was ready in time for us to all get changed for the event. The breakfast the following morning was excellent for choice and quality. My only adverse comment about this hotel is the extortionate prices for alcoholic drinks (double what you would pay in a pub, which becomes really expensive when buying a round!)

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff and the food at resturant was very good and reasonably priced. Just 2 miles from Strattford and about 5 miles from Warwick. There is a bus stop just out side the gates if you wish to leave the car. Would certainly use Hotel again.

Customer ServiceThis is the 3rd time staying at this hotel. Excellent venue for all fascilities including leisure. Customer Service would have been a '5', but I phoned the hotel on Friday 15th after returning home to say that I had left an item of clothing in my room (259).I was told that they would check with housekeeping and phone me back on Saturday morning. I have yet to receive a phone call so will have to phone again.

Stratford Manor - Bank Holiday Weekend 2-3 May 2009Stayed at the Stratford Manor hotel for the weekend. Appx 3 miles from Straford town centre. Hotel room nice. We were on the ground floor facing onto car park so some noise, but not that distracting. Only down side about the hotel was the bed/pillows. The bed was incredibly hard - not in a good orthopeadic way- just hard. The pillows were also not good. Not withstanding the bed/pillow issue the hotel was fine and the staff very good - also good location as a base for exploring that part of the world.

Trip to visit friends in Stratford.Excellent position re visiting Stratford and surrounding towns ~ Warwick, Evesham, Banbury.Excellent staff. Lovely room. Layout and facilities of hotel excellent.Only suggestion I can think of is that a Freeview package on the T.Vs may offer more choice and be cheaper for you than the limited Sky package that you offer.

Extremley friendly, helpful and happy staff. They looked as though they enjoyed their work - either that or they were extremely well trained! Good standard of cleanliness with reasonable room sizes. Pool and spa facilites good. Hotel is obviously used as a conference centre, but it was big enough and we had no problems with that. Spa was not busy. Food in restaurant was a good standard, but perhaps a little pricey. Overall excellent value for money - would definitely stay there again. About 2 or 3 miles from Stratford so you do need a car, but can park at the sister hotel in the centre of Stratford.

An ideal hotel for touring the cotswolds and stratford area. Hotel easy to find all staff very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint the public areas could have been a litttle warmer.
