a thoroughly pleasant experienceThis is a very good quality hotel - conveniently situated for the railway station and only a short walk into town. The rooms are of a surprisingly high quality - the beds in particular are huge. The flat screen TV is very good and the bathrooms are fantastic too

Excellent hotel , we booked an upgraded deluxe room , it was worth every penny. very close to the centre of Straford , if we were going back we would definately book this hotel again.

I like this place and willingly could waste my time in itGreat location just outside the town center in a relatively quiet location with easy access to convenient parking. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay; food (breakfast) was excellent. The room was well furnished to a high standard and the package booked through Late Rooms was good value for money. The negatives were minor; Wireless broadband was picked up in the room with no problem but in keeping with UK hotels was a little expensive; well appointed bathroom was let down by the position of the washbasin taps.

The Stratford Hotel is stylish and attractive. Bedrooms very comfortable. Staff were attentive, polite and helpfull. Good choice of food for breakfast. Although there is no pool the small gym was well equipped. We had a very pleasant family get-together weekend at the Stratford and would definately stay there again.

my stay at stratfordthe stay was good we both enjoyed the time to relax.The opportuity to use the small gym was dimissed as there appeared no attendant.The staff were excellent which made the stay enjoyable.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Shame the internet connection wasn't included in the price, you have to pay extra. Bar prices were also very expensive.

Great WeekendA lovely welcome at the reception. The receptionist was so helpful with all our queries on local restaurants etc. The room spacious and beautifully decorated I'm going to pinch some of design ideas. The bar was a bit pricey £10 for 2 drinks. Breakfast serviced until 10.30 good for us who don't enjoy getting out of bed too early. Breakfast was tasty, hot and the chef kept bringing out new food even though it was late.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only problem was the bar didn't open until 12 noon or so it appeared on the day, but the bar staff were pleasing and efficient.

We had a fantastic stayIt was just what we wanted! Superb room in a lovely hotel. The Staff we so helpful and friendly especially the Young lady on the reception desk when we arrived. Her name was Jacqie. She knew all the right places to go for a drink! The dining room staff on our first night were also very friendly and made us feel so special. (unfortunately we did not ask their names) We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to everyone and we will definitely be back to see you all again soon.

A good hotel in a very central location - a few feet from the town centre. The rooms have been refurbed stylishly and to a good standard. Our room was on the small side as it was at the end of a corridor but generally the rooms are of a good size. Nice breakfast!

Fire FireFabulous buffet breakfast lots of variety of food, rooms smaller than expected for the price paid. Would have slept better if it was not for the constant banging of bedroom doors being closed especially in the early hours. We were woke at 7.15 with a fire alarm, management were not on hand to escourt guests from building, no headcount or explaination. Very poor service on behalf of management and staff on this occasion.

We stayed at the Stratford Victoria for 4 days, during this time we found the staff to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Full English breakfast was included in our tariff, the variety offered on the breakfast menu was extensive, constantly being monitored by kitchen staff for freshness. My only complaint is that I found the beds to be a little hard.

Pleasant stay at The Startford A-Q HotelThe stay at the hotel was a very pleasant & comfrtable experience with friend & very helpful staff, the room was nicely presented but seemed small due to the over-size lamp covers which took up alot of the room, but a minor issue. The room up-keep was very good at all times, my only really issue is the price for room service, it was way to high for my liking (£3.95 for bottled water & £10 to watch an in house film, daft price). We was lucy to have good weather on our stay but not being able to open the window inthe room & a noisy air conditioning system made sleeping difficult & unpleasant.The hotel food was very good, not over priced for the cuisine on the evening meal & the morning breakfast very nice with plenty of choice of cereals, cook food etc.

Very well appointed. Excellent service by reception. Adequate parking. Very clean with all facilities/great bathroom. The best accommodation for the price that we had in two weeks in Engalnd. Well situated.

Nice hotel, excellent location not at all far from town centre. Good breakfast but we felt the staff could have been better organised - they were all very pleasant but their system left something to be desired.
