The Hotel is 10 min out of town but well worth the money if you get the cheap rate and the stormont parlement building and gounds is accross the road and worth a walk and a visit.

We were in town for our first time to attend a wedding. The staff wasn't only helpful, but they provided constant directions on the phone while we were detoured to our destination. They went beyond what we could have asked of them.

Great hotel. Extremely friendly staff. I was surprised that they didn't have a swimming pool on the premises though.

The Stormont Hotel in Belfast is a lovely 4 star property located outside Belfast proper. The staff, room and amenities( including wide- screen TV) were a great value for the money. They put us in what Stormont calls their City Room which is up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator access and no outside window. Our window looked out onto a corridor which was next to the outside windows. As a result we had to keep the drapes closed at all times. This room could obviously never be used by anyone who can't climb stairs. Other than that, the room and the complete breakfast included were an excellent value in Belfast,Northern Ireland.

I was there with my husband, elderly parents and 3 small children and everyone had a wonderful stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would happily stay there again.

Attended a wedding at the HotelI attended a wedding on 16 June 09 at the Stormont, the food was excellent and accommodation was excellent. I will be booking to stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone. Well done to all the staff at the Stormont for making it a pleasant day.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service is friendly and very good. It is a bit out of the centre of Belfast but is beside the Parliament

High standards maintainedI have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past five years and have always found it to be one of the best hotels in Belfast, if a little on the pricey side for both accommodation and food. The rooms are always immaculate and the quality of the furnishings first class. The beds are huge and very comfortable and the curtains are thick and very good at blocking out the light. The restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. Discounts are sometimes available, but dinner, bed and breakfast was £120 and that is a bit on the expensive side for someone who is usually expected to stay in a Travel Inn type of establishment.

Great hotel -mainly for politicians & business types, but all the same was a comfortable place to stay. 4 miles from Belfast city centre, so you need transport to get around.

Stormont HotelHotel was excellent. Food very good but extremely expensive (both beakfast and dinner...and a glass of wine was extortionate!)Small gym was adequate. Free use of David Lloyd centre was stated as nearby....it was 2 miles away and without a car meant using taxis.

The hotel is very good but with a slight problem manning its switchboard. In bound calls can be delayed Concierge services and reception were excellent and housekeeping was 5 star

Very nice room with comfortable bed. Really only wanted bar food but they stopped serving at 7.00pm for some reason. Excellent location very nice hotel.

I did n't try the food as it was way above my expenses budget so had to get food from a supermarket to eat in my room. Apart from that the hotel was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfy. The room was quite cold but all the more reason to get really snuggled up in the bed!

Hastings Stormont Hotel - BelfastThe hotel was very luxury, very clean and quiet. Staff were very helpfull and nice. A bit far from the city centre but lots of direct buses and 15 minutes away by taxi. The view from our bedroom was the car park, but just in front of the hotel was the extraordinary Stormont Parliament building and park. The bed was the comfiest ever !Very happy with the hotel altogether. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the extras the hotel offered (gym, sauna..)

The location and public rooms were to a high standard. The superior bedroom was well appointed, however, the bathroom was a bit small. The reception & foyer staff were very inviting, courteous & helpful. The contintental breakfast at over £13 for a standard buffet which you could get in a Premier Lodge for £7.25 was the only disappointment in an excellent stay.
