Not a super fancy hotel would have loved to have an in room frig, but clean with a great staff. The beds were fairly comfy, and the outside table and chairs at each room was a great added feature. Good location to either end of town. Only let down was the breakfast, but the owner gave us coupons to a restaurnt next door that was very good.

Well kept property. For an older motel, great location, very clean, comfortable & the AC was almost new and worked perfectly. The outdoor spa was very nice. The owners were very friendly & accommodating. I would stay with them again & recommend to others.

Okay for priceI paid. Owner was a pest. Pool cold. Was not allowed to turn hot tub up. Owner was always watching and sticking his nose in our business.Safe and clean.

Very clean and neat. Staff went out of their way to make you happy. Gave discount tickets to eat on. Gave a lot of tips on what to do and where to go. Always had a hot cup of coffee ready and always wanted to strike up a conversation. Check in took about 2 minutes!

Owners were rude, non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and had cigarette burns on the tub, there was no coke or snack machine on the premises and the office closed early where you couldn't get anything. We only had one washcloth to share between the two of us. It was clean and a good place to sleep, that's about the best thing I can think of to say about it.

Very clean. Hot tub was not allowed over 85 degrees. The hotel was a good deal for the amount of money we spent.

This is one of those rare find you happen upon once in awhile. The hosts are great and work hard to make your stay a pleasant one. It is very quiet especially if you get a room in back. Room was extreamly clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean tho a little small. The room itself was large. I would go back, an will, to this property everytime I go to Eureka Springs.

Price. Old facility. If you want a place that is fairly priced and reasonably clean, this is a good choice. Location is good, owners are pleasant.

Enjoyed ouy stay at the Stonegate Inn and have already suggested to a friend that it was very nice. There were several eating placews close by. One next door.

It was very clean. No hair dryer or coffee pot in the room. Over all it was a very clean room but nothing in the way of extras in the room, except a TV,and no clock/radio.

we have seen roaches on the bed. bathroom was not cleaned well. it is a property which has not taken care of. what they want is our money. pet is allowed. it is not good for a family to stay.

The owners were very accommodating and accessible. Breakfast consisted of white bread, cheap packaged cinnamon buns and coffee, with no seating area. Other than the so-called breakfast, the hotel served our needs, and was comfortable and safe.

The location was fine. The water was shut off. When I turned on the lamp beside the bed it fell out of the wall. The air conditioner did not work. From about 9pm to past when we checked out at 9 the next morning the water was shut off. I would never stay at, or reccomend this hotel.

Clean & affordable Staff eager to please. The hotel is very clean and affordable. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help. Seems like they really care about the hotel and guest.
