Big White experiences an impressive annual snowfall of 750cm and a moderate base elevation of 1,755m/5,758ft that provides mild average daily temperatures of -5C/23F. It's always been about family fun and creating lasting memories at Big White. The resort's Ski and Snowboard School offers progressive group and individual lessons to adults and children of all abilities. Off the slopes, Big White offers a wide array of winter-fun family activities including snowshoeing, cross country skiing, tubing, ice wall climbing, ice-skating and Kids Centre. There is also no shortage of places to relax and replenish at the end of the day, with a choice of over 17 on-mountain restaurants, cafes and delis offering a quick bite to eat or a fine dining experience to cater for every occasion.
