Everything was great. Nice upgrade to a king bed as part of our package. Superb location close to Fanny Hill for the Snowmass concert series. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was fantastic! Friendly, helpful and professional.

Rooms were attractive, nice outdoor setting with small stream. The public spaces such as hallways and bathrooms smells could be improved. I was happy with the hotel. It should be noted that parking here in Snowmass Village costs $30 per week, but if you are staying only one night, that is still costs $30 bucks for a parking pass, thus $30 per night.

More private than a hotel. The rooms were nice and big.

"Its important to commit that I stayed in the Willows C#3 condo which is managed by the Destination resorts. This unit is early 70's. A big suprise! One room unit, kitchen beds tv in one room. The owners stuff in the closet. Pull out couch bed was dirty from the last stay. TV had problems needs replaced. Hard to get to location with your stuff,(Ice sidewalks) stairs. Older people could not do it. Beds were good."

I am probably a little unique in that I stay for business when I'm traveling through Snowmass/Aspen. I settled on the Stonebridge Inn the first time because the price was good (not the cheapest) it was close to Aspen and from the pictures it looked nice,. I have stayed 3 times now and each time has been great. The rooms are nice a little dated but clean with all of the things you would expect in a room. The bathroom is cramped and the water pressure on the shower head is weak, dissapointing after a long day, I could see this being very dissapointing after a long day on the slopes. Also be aware in the winter months parking is 30 dollars for the week. The excercise room is functional, breakfast is good a notch or two above your standard "free" breakfast. The staff is great, on two of my stays I had "issues" come up, one was my fault the other the hotels and both times they stepped up and helped me solve my problems (almost as good as Marriott staff...almost). absolutely beautiful in the spring/summer months, didn't turn my TV on once, opened a good book opened my window and could hear the stream that runs through the property and the wind blowing through the abundance of trees.

Second visit to Snowmass, 1st stay at Stonebridge Inn, for 6 nights.. Booked a standard room - basic hotel room-two queen beds, nice decor, bedding was clean, mattresses were too soft for my liking but adequate. Bathroom was a bit cramped with tub and head - vanity area outside bath was functional with large underneath cabinet. The new 'hotel room' sized fridge was located under sink and was very good...actually kept drinks cold!Nice touch was foyer area upon entering where one could keep ski gear - easy access and out of the way. Not exactly ski in/out - 3-5 min walk to slope, then short distance downhill to lifts. Shares pool and hottub area with condos- pool was warm, clean, hottub was fine. Ski lockers on premise were handy. Self service - you received akey upon check-in. My son accidentally opened another locker with our key...locks were 'a bit sloppy.' Exercise room consisted of 1 elliptical, treadmill, bike, universal and hand freeweights. Had to go outside to get to exercise room. Elevator is slow -steps better.Complementary breakfast was good-fruit,cereral, yogurts, cheese, juice, milk, etc, but for price of room I expected some sausage and/or bacon, or even turkey/salami trays. I was told two hot dishes every morning...apparently one of the hot dishes is oatmeal, and the other is french toast, eggs, etc. Good selection of fresh fruit. Coffee was a little better (fuller body) than typical hotel coffee. One PC in lobby free internet -usually busy. Wireless in the rooms w/extra charge per day or week rate. For the room rate, I expected free wireless. Did not eat in hotel. No safe in room-would be nice.In summary, I would stay again, but I know much better accommodations for less can be had - look around.

If it wasn't for their friendly staff members, I would have left for some other hotel. It needs updating and better maintenance. The room was hot even with the windows open and the fan on.

The elevator is small and slow for 5 storeys. Lovely and convenient for skiing, right on the slopes. Place was clean and quiet.

Our visit was outstanding. If their was a minor problem the hotel staff was quick to correct it. The staff was outstanding. This is a safe and clean place to stay.Absolutely beautiful area to stay. So close to everything yet nice and cozy nestled in the Snowmass Village. Shopping close by and scenery outstanding. Breakfast was good but would have liked a little more breakfast items to choose from. Will definately stay here again.

Staff knew everything-The best restaurants, best night spots, transport, etc. No problems, excellent experience. Stonebridge is an excellent retreat, business property and romantic getaway. The staff is extremely friendly and know everything about the town, its activities, the skiing, the entertainment and how to treat their guests. While it's not a Hilton, Marriott or Four Seasons, it doesn't cost like one either. It is a very nice property at a fair value. Now relax and have fun!

The staff was amazing. The free shuttle service came in handy. The price was a bit too high. The staff was excellent. The free shuttle service was very helpful in getting around town. The room was a bit small but very clean.

We stayed at the Stonebridge Inn for one night as an alternative to the more expensive hotels in Aspen. It was quiet and the hotel was great. Nice hot tubs and pools. The only real issue was the lack of open resaurants in the Snowmass area on a Sunday night (the hotel did have a restaurant, but we were looking for something more casual). I suspect most people went to Aspen to eat, which was about 10 miles away.

Excellent location midway between village mall and base village. Great breakfast. Keys didn't work sometimes. Loved this hotel. Great location short walk from village mall or from base village. Also only a minute or two walk from ski slope. Excellent breakfast too. Great experience.

It was conveniently located to the upper mall area with food and drink. Shuttle is awesome. Stayed there for the Jazz Aspen Snowmass festival this past August 2008. I expected a much larger room, separate shower/tub and maid service daily. We had to call for the maid and took out our own trash. We were placed in the farthest corner of the hotel for some reason or another with a great view of the retaining wall outside. Food was killer though.
