Awful service, security is a joke. 1st tried to give me the wrong room of another guest with same last name at 3:15pm. Then told they would call when our unit was ready, No one even checked just made us get back in line & start over at 4pm. grumpy person on check in. Then we discovered at 10:10pm that the murphy bed had no linens in the unit and had a very difficult time reaching the emergency number to get the bedding needed. Asked for non feather pillows at front desk at 9:45 pm. Was told very grumpily "See what we can do". At 10:05 Front desk no longer staffed and got a recording. Staff left without even looking for our non feather pillows. Had to call emergency line for that too. Didn't get bedding until 11:30 pm. Our last night the unit above opened the sliding glass door all night long. It is very loud in 244 bld J. Was opened every 5 or 10 minutes most the night. Keeping us awake. We didn't call the front desk since we knew it wasn't staffed after 10 pm. At 9 am the same insomonic in the unit above us treated my family of 8 to fumes of marijuana coming in our unit from the balcony. It was a cool , wet morning so we had our door open. We were very upset. We called the front desk & notified them.. The marijuana fumes were then covered up by cigar smoke. Stillwaters is a nonsmoking resort. The manager on duty only had his "security" drive around. There are not any streets close enough to drive & see what is going on in J bldg balcony. Nothing further done. Very distressing! Family resort?

This was our second visit the first time the lake was too high to enjoy the water or go near it. We decided to go again but there wasn't much more to do, the ski boats were all out and the were barely any paddle boats available other than that we had a very good time in Branson The room was very nice and the view was wonderful.

On their website, things have been overrated. Free bike are old and brakes work with back pedalling. Other free stuff is not supervised and hard to make use of them.Towels are overworn and dark color that you can't tell about their cleaniness. Check out time is too early at 10 a.m. They require removing the trash from the room. Check-in staff was not very friendly. Pool with waterfall was pleasant but overcrowded.OK value but I would be interested in other resorts next time I visit the area.

This was a great place for my husband and I to go! We loved the spaciousness. The condo was equipped with everything including a fireplace and 2-person jacuzzi. We faced the lake. The only draw back was noisy neighbors and thin walls. The price was right and we really enjoyed it.

This place was clean but it was what I considered a lock-out unit. You only got 1/2 of the condo. We had a bedroom on our side with bath. On the other side was a nice den area and bed and bath. It would have been better to have the entire place and the noise probably would have not been so bad. Probably would not go again. It is a right good distance from Branson town area but near Silver Dollar City. It is in a nice and pretty section but somewhat secluded.

Beautiful site. We went off-season and it was very quite and relaxing. Our room looked brand new. We loved the setting and would eat breakfast (bundled up) outside just to enjoy the view of the river and trees. There were deer by our room almost every night. It was a bit off the "strip" but that is what we wanted. Staff very friendly. Honestly the best place we have ever stayed on vacation.

The facility was wonderful and had many family friendly activities. The accomodations were great, especially for the price, but you have to clean when you leave and exchange your own towels.

"We met up with my brother and his wife at the condominium. It was clean, fresh, comfortable and right next to the water. It was quiet and away from traffic, yet only minutes from entertainment by car. I will absolutely return and so will my brother and sister-in-law!"

We arrived a couple of weeks prior to the summer season. We found that a lot of the ammenities that attracted us to the facility were not functioning when we arrived. It would be a great resort to stay at during the peak season but would not recommend it during the off season.

"My wife and I visited for our 11th anniversary to get some R/R. The location is great cause its 5 miles or so from the strip in wooded area by lake. Had a standard dbl bed room, was a little smaller than expected but for the price it still was a bargain. Walls were a little thin cause upstairs people were noisy til they went to sleep. Will definetly visit again but will get bigger room if more that 2 people. Great for familes, kids will have a blast. "

The Still Waters Resort offered many amenities, but unfortunately we couldn't use most of them due to the recent rains and high lake water levels. The staff was not friendly at check-in or check-out. The 2-double bed room was large, but the beds were not very comfortable, and the bathroom needed a better shower curtain to prevent water accumulations on the floor. The resort's location is convenient for Silver Dollar City, but not much else.

"Our family of 6 stayed in a newer 2 bdrm 2 bath unit. The free kiyaks and inner tubes at the marina were awesome! We saved a ton of $$$ by bringing our own condiments and shopping at Walmart (about 6 miles away). Pack a few regular coffee filters, and some ziploc baggies. Nice new cooking utensils (still non-sticking), toaster, blender, smooth-top electric stove. Small washer & dryer in the unit. There were several gas grills out front of each unit w/ utensils. There was also a small pool w/ a slide that got a little crowded. The staff was very friendly & accomodating. "

The good: Close to the lake with nice pools and hot tub. Clean linens. Adequately stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. The bad: The kitchen table was very small and furniture was out dated. Only 1 couch, so not enough seating for more than 2 people. The bathrooms were VERY small. The location is down the street from Silver Dollar City with only one road access. In high season, traffic will be bad as this is only a 2 lane road.

"This was the best place I have ever stayed. Not only were the employees friendly, but other travelers were just as friendly and the locals. We rented a waverunner, the funnest thing I have ever done. The only complaints I have is that the pools were not heated, they were ice cold and you are required to take your own trash out, hello I'm on vacation."
