We have stayed all over the world. You can't find a better place to stay then at Stevenswood Spa Resort. From the moment we arrived they made our stay a fantastic experience. The service is top notch. The restaurant is a culinary joy. The rooms were perfect with the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. The Spa treatments are on par with the best we have had. We took a wine tour to Pacific Star Winery that Mike set up for us. Chris our driver and soon to be good friend brought along some cheese, bread, fruit and Chocolate Strawberries. What an afternoon, wine tasting,food and friendship all shared on the bluffs of the Coast of Mendocino right on the ocean. Oh I forgot the Breakfasts were very special too. Will we go back, you bet and soon. I don't usually write these comments but I was so impressed that I had to shout out what a great place and staff this is. Don't miss out.....

An excellent place to stay. Only a few miles south of Mendocino, the rooms are all attractive and very clean. The staff is courteous and attentive from the moment you arrive. The artwork adds much to the lodge and rooms. Beautiful and well kept grounds. Right on state park hiking trails; 15 minute walk to a Pacific beach. Outstanding restarurant with excellent complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended.

"The Stevenswood far surpassed our expectations. It was our first stop on our honeymoon to Northern California from New York. The location was amazing with a view of the ocean from our room. The private outdoor hot tub was just what we needed after the long trip. The fireplace in the room was ready to go with only a match. The tempurpedic bed was extremely comfortable. The onsite food was 5 star quality. The attention to detail left nothing to be improved. Above all, the service was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend this place and only wish we had scheduled more of our time there. "
