Description:
The Steinberger Hotel is situated in the midst of Berlin’s hottest shopping district. Only a short distance from Ku’Damm and the KaDeWe, the hotel is also near some of the area’s most important historical and cultural locations as well. Many theaters, galleries and museums as well as the zoo and Tiergarten are close by.
The Steinberger Hotel is located at Los-Angeles-Platz 1, which is 10 km to the Berlin-Tegel Airport.
There are 396 rooms and suites in the hotel, and though they provide a range of amenities all are supplied with large beds, private baths, work stations, wireless Internet access, climate controls, laptop sized safes, mini bars, direct dial telephones and voicemail services.
At the Steinberger Hotel guests have access to a wide range of services, facilities and amenities including a wellness center with swimming pool, sauna and massage treatments. | Very good choice of hot and cold items for breakfast. Stayed on 4th floor which has not yet been refurbished, would recommend asking for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor which have just been modernised. Free access to internet and pool. |

| The Berlin Steigenberger as a room to sleep in was a good value for the money, but it is definitely not on the level of a five star hotel as advertised. At best it is a four star with pretentions. But even at that it doesn't provide the level of services we've enjoyed at some other four star hotels we've stayed in. Would still recommend it as a room to sleep in, but only at the four star level. |
