Absolutely friendly and clean! Views are superb! Superior value for Steamboat Springs. Breakfast was simple, but PERFECT!! Incredible muffins and fresh juices! Parking a little tight but so accessible. Pool was small but perfect, clean and property well taken care of. Would definitely refer anyone to the hotel. Save money and then spend it on gondola rides, souvenirs and special meals!

The hot tub and pool. Air conditioner in room was noisy. The staff was friendly; continental breakfast was not good at all; the hallways were different in some weird way I can not really describe. It was nice and clean and the parking was ample. Good overall location even though it was a little overpriced for the quality of room received.

We didn't even stay the night, the room smelled,no amenities, beds bad mattresses, did not seem clean, the hotel staff wanted to refund our money but they couldn't since we booked through travel agency. We went for my son's graduation and it was extremely disappointing until we went across the st to La Quinta that was great hotel

About the only good thing I can say about this place is the beds were really comfortable. The service was horrible. Upon checkin the front desk man was nowhere to be found. We called the number left on the desk and was told that he would be in in a few minutes, he was closing up the pool. Fine. 15 minutes later!!!! he showed up. Super unfriendly, acted annoyed that we were interupting something. Our rooms were supposed to have free internet access. Ours didn't work at all. We called the front desk and once again were treated poorly and ended up having no internet for our stay. It's a minor thing, but we needed to look up some information that would have really helped with our trip. The room was small, dirty, cheap looking, and the a/c was extremely noisy. I travel a lot and I have to say this is the worst place I've been. I'm sure there's worse out there, but I do not recommend this hotel!

Good WiFi, continental breakfast; value. Heater - noisy wall unit; bedside light only on one side of bed. That being said, it's a mix o rough (unfinished trim, noisy wall-a/c-type heaters, only one bedside light) and somewhat more upscale & featured (fridge, coffeemaker, toiletries, new curved shower rods, good continental breakfast, hot tub).

Pros: Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Clean room. Good, relatively quiet air conditioner. Comfortable bed with cozy double duvet. Cons: A bit away from "downtown" - the free shuttle worked *except* for after the Forth of July fireworks (not the hotel's fault). No closet. The sink faucet allowed approximately 1 inch clearance from the side of the sink. Relatively quiet except when other guests were slamming doors, or children were playing on the stairs (no elevator). Two bath towels, two hand towels - you have to ask for towels for the pool. The pool and jacuzzi are well maintained, but in mid-morning, so do not expect to use them before approximately 10 am on a Saturday. In all, a refurbished old school ski-hotel that is comfortable and habitable when you know the limitations.

The comfort of the bed. The toilet was running at intermitted times. For the money the overall size and comfort of the room was great.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was light, but it helped start the day. It was great! The staff was very helpful when it came to questions about the town. The hot tub was very nice and big, great for after a day on the slopes. There was a bus that came directly to the hotel so we never had to drive anywhere. Overall, I really liked it even though it was away from the action. It was easy to get downtown and to the resorts if you have patience for a bus.

Friendly staff. The bed. I didn't expect much from the Super 8, I was looking for something inexpensive-a place to flop. The room was ok; but noisy. My complaint is with the ridiculously cheap and worn linens and the bed from the Eisenhower administration. Continental Breakfast was kind of lame but what I expected.

Good hotel for short stay. Convenient access to steamboat.

Very Clean and freshly remodeled. The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. Nice place to stay. Clean and comfy, but the construction going on next door was a bit noisy and unsightly. But I am sure it is only temporary.
