This hotel was outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone. Huge rooms with 3 flat screen tv's! Plenty of room to relax!

Staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was the best of any hotel I've stayed at. Parking was a little difficult at check-in, but plentiful around the hotel. Stayed for a vacation at King's Island and the Zoo. Bed was comfortable, ice machine in room, full sized fridge.

Stayed one night in Aug. '08 and had a pleasant time. Hotel has nearby Starbucks, and a great casual restaurant called Aladdin's. Fitness area is minimal - but hotel offers a free visit to a gym less than a mile away that is HUGE with every weightlifting and cardio machine imaginable!

We loved this hotel. Convenient to shopping especially IKEA and Frontgate outlet. Pretty close to kings island. Kids loved the pool. I wish they had outdoor pool but no big deal. Loved the fact that this hotel is totally pet friendly. They even gave my dog a bag full of treats at check in. Try Jags restaurant next door it is fabulous.

First trip to Cincinnati. We were there for a family function and needed two rooms (we had 5 adults in our party). We decided to get a 2 bedroom suite at Staybridge instead of 2 regular hotel rooms at another hotel. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Staybridge was a newer property, great suite at reasonable prices. Also had a great breakfast included with the room each day.

A lot of great things included for the money. The only thing I could say is wish they had a little bit more comfortable bed and pillow. A little too mushy! Overall great stay!

It was located close to the shopping we wanted to do. All the screaming children that took over the hotel and the lobby the whole weekend. It was a nice hotel; however the group that was there for the weekend with all the sports kids, made it bad for the rest of the guest. So much for the free complimentary breakfast, you couldn't even get to the food, because of all the chaos. I told the front desk clerk about all of my concerns upon checking out, and all she had to say was, "Yeah we know about the problems with the unruliness, we had other complaints too. We will not be staying there again.

The service was excellent!Very friendly. The hotel was very clean and thestaff was extremely friendly they did everything they could to make our stay wonderful! Will stay there again!

Spotlessly clean and friendly, quick to respond staff.. Breakfast bufett: some items were not hot. We were visiting family in Cincinnati. We had our 2 kids and our nephew with us; the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub. I enjoyed being able to use the free laundry facilities and business center after being on the road for a week.

It was clean and quite. Nothing. I loved this place so much I am going to book a room today for our Christmas vacation.
