I'll try to give you info information to let you know how awful our stay was.First, when we checked in at the front desk the young women there was rude, to busy to care for us, she acted as if we interuppted her when we walked in to check in.Second, the rooms were filthy-housekeeping wasn't consistent. Third, when we let the front desk know they did nothing about the issues we we're having with the heater and the shower. Fourth, who is the maintenance people they took care of nothingFifth, at dinner time we spoke to lady from sales - she said she was from Hawaii. We didn't need to know that we just wanted to help take care of the issues we we're having. Sixth ythey tried to charge me for changing the date I had to leave to an earlier date. After my whole stay here I had to get out. I checked out and went to the Marriott Residence Inn next door. If you want to pay for a good product and a comfortable environment go to the Residence Inn.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the only draw-back to the hotel is it's location, which is a bit of a schlep from the nearest restaurants and stores.

I loved the set up of the rooms for the convenience of my family. They were clean, modern, and comfortable. Nothing. Stay bridge Suites was a great place for my family on our visit to Vancouver. The rooms were set up nicely and were clean and convenient for my family. Free breakfast and dinner were great! It definitely felt like a home away from home, we have already recommended it to our friends and family!

Imagine our surprise to find an awesome outdoor pool surrounded by gardens and patio tables. A BBQ feature that is totally available to guests to use. Sundowner receptions tues to thurs evenings was excellent. Breakfast included make your own waffles and hot entrees such as eggs and sausage and was delicious. Staff was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Shuttle service was helpful and available. Definitely will stay again!

The Staybridge suites is very conviently located. It is near a large mall and many well known chain restaurants. It is a short trip to the Portland Airport by mostly highway roads. The hotel serves a buffet dinner 3 nights a week and a 7 day a week very extensive breakfast buffet all complimentary. The staff is very friendly and the service is very prompt. The room was clean and well planned out. The kitchen had stove, refrigerator microwave, all plates and utensils, coffemaker with free Wolfgang Puck coffee and popcorn all free. Comfortable sofa and large TV situated away from the sleeping area. Parking provided on ther property all around the building. Two terminal stations Business center with 24 hour service. Convience store on property for quick pickup of groceries and snacks. Bathroom separate room from vanity sink area. It was an excellant value.

Comfortable accommodations and good value. We only stayed one night, but I wouldn't have minded staying longer. The room wasn't huge but it was certainly large enough to be comfortable for two people. Everything was quite clean and well-maintained. We didn't eat the free breakfast here but it looked to be fairly decent with a number of different options. You can even borrow DVDs and games from the front desk for free. Our first (non-smoking) room smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke, but the hotel clerk reassigned us to a different room quickly and cheerfully. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We liked the sheets and bedding, more home like than the normal shinny stuff. The fixtures (sink, shower, etc.) were for the lowest quality possible.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the business office, fast online hook up and printer with paper. Adjacent to a major highway with loud traffic noise. The hotel is not an upscale hotel and should not be three star. A 2.5 starwould be right. However, the friendly guest staff and on site sales representative was closer to a 4 star.

Free wifi. Not being a smoke free hotel, the smell of cigarettes was apparent. The hotel seemed to have worn out sheets and towels. Sleeping on the bed was almost impossible due to the sheets being somewhat like sandpaper.

Spacious room, friendly staff, plenty of parking. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The room was very spacious, however the televisions could use some upgrading. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. However, I would rate this hotel avery strong 2.5 star property as opposed to the 3 star. I've stayed at my fair share of 3 star hotels and this hotel doesn't quite feel like it yet.

Good location in Vancouver, clean and good value. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and many office parks for business travelers. It's one of the better Holiday Inn owned properties.

Free hot breakfast every morning and free dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. They didn't have a step stool for my kids to use in the hotel room. Super family friendly!

Nice complimentary breakfast, free newspapers, comfortable and attractive common space. Highway road noise and paper thin walls a distraction.
