We only stayed the weekend but the staff was very friendly at check in and the room was great, comfortable. the breakfast was a plus and the location allowed us to walk and drive short distances to ideal scenery.

My husband and I stayed with another couple and their 18 month old in a 1 bedroom suite. It was very clean and modern, but a little on the small side. Overall we were very satisfied and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.

Everything was attractive, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy accessibility to everything we needed. We were surprised to come upon it because it was in a residential area. We were very pleased with this hotel and accommodations. It was convenient, comfortable and clean. It was an exceptional value for the money. We have recommended to several people already!

Hotel is close to our destination and provided a good base for getting around town. The hotel is located on the river edge with a walking path that crosses over the river to the University. Great new coffee house across the street and other new construction in the area.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff,free dinner, breakfast and beer. Its in a residential area, hence you have to walk or drive quite a bit to go to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is at the margins of the Genesee river and has a beautiful view over (and easy access to) the University of Rochester campus. The area is not the safest in Rochester, but this is changing as the university expands student housing. The hotel is new and clean with fully equipped kitchen. They have a 24/7 mini market at the ground level. It is very small and sells things like frozen dinners, microwavable food, laundry detergent etc. The staff is very friendly, there is a DVD library for guests (all rooms are equipped with DVD players and free WIFI) and breakfast is complimentary. It's very simple with paper plates and plastic knifes and forks, but the selection is not bad, muffins, waffles, bagels, cereal and a hot buffet. They also have complimentary dinner some evenings (I don't know how often they have this though). Again it was very simple, but it includes wine and draft beer (Bud and Blue Moon). The drinks were served on actual glasses (not plastic cups), which was good. The menu varies depending on the day, from outdoor grilling (hot dogs and burgers) to pizza and chicken wings. Overall this is a nice hotel.

We were in Rochester to 'check out' U of Rochester. The hotel was literally in the campuses backyard -very convenient. The room had full kitchen so we could have brought/bought food to cook for dinner or snack. Breakfast buffet in morning was prepared by a friendly staff member who told us about all of the recent changes in Rochester and also how U of Rochester students conduct themselves within the Rochester community. This was useful information to us in the college search process! We did not have time to even check out hotel amenities such as pool/work out room but assume they would be good as rest of hotel was clean and new (build within the past year).

This hotel was beautiful and very, very comfortable! We had a great stay and really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good and all the food you could eat. The front desk staff were also nice, pleasant and very friendly. Only problem: they billed me twice. Once through Orbitz and another time when I checked in. I have been working on this for two weeks now with no resolution in sight!

Close to the airport. The area is very unsafe in a very bad area was nervous about my car in parking lot. Nice rooms clean and new but the area is so bad.
