This hotel was absolutely wonderful! We arrived in California around 9am, got our rental car and explored Manhattan Beach & Redondo Beach until 1pm. We decided then to take a chance and go to the hotel to see if our room was ready yet..it was not as check-in isn't until 3pm. However, the staff was more than welcoming and invited us to use the pool and change in the bathrooms until our room was ready. The pool area is gorgeous and just the right size. The buildings are located in a circle-like formation around a courtyard where there is a gazebo, the pool & hot tub, and a patio area for grilling. There was dinner Tues-Thurs. provided in the same area breakfast was served. We only ate from this one day as it was the only day that worked with our vacation plans but it was good. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! They had toast, english muffins, bagels, muffins, coffee cake, eggs, sausage/or bacon, oatmeal (with brown sugar, almonds, rasins), milk, juices/or soda (as it is the same area they use for dinner), yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cottage cheese, rice, and of course waffles! :) While we were there we did not use the cleaning service as I prefer not to with my longer vacation stays. However, the front desk was more than happy to provide us with extra towels as needed. They also provide pool towels, which you check out and return to the front desk when finished. The rooms are very well designed and would be great for anyone neededing to stay for a longer period of time. When you walk into the door you see a small sofa, coffee table, & TV. There is also a desk off to the side and a small but plenty ample kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with a garbage disposal, small stove, microwave, coffee maker, full size refridgerator, dishwasher, sink, cutting board, utinsels, glass plates and cups...etc. The bedroom can be closed off with a set of double doors and has a TV & desk (we stayed had a queen sized bed). The bathroom area opens up to a large mirror & counter-

The kitchen area in the rooms. Customer understanding. The hotel is very nice close to the malls and shopping. I had to endure a room the reeked of smoke and ask if i could be changed and they refused.

This Hotel was absolutely amazing! It is in a very quiet neighborhood but yet very close to all needed ammenities. The staff and management were great and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of theme parks.... Basically all I can say is that if you want to go on a family vacation to southern california and youre not afraid to drive. STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! you will not be dissapointed at all!!

Booked 3 suites for family get away and to be in close proximity to Redondo Beach and San Pedro harbor. The beach was approx. 15 minute drive and San Pedro (for Catalina excursion) less than that. They only have double beds regardless of the suite you reserve. All living room sofas are sleepers. Suite furnishings are a bit thrift store (typical Holiday Inn quality) but units are well stocked, clean, and family friendly. Good sized pool, spa, and patio area in center of complex. Felt safe day and night. Friendly & helpful staff.

I 100% recommend the Staybridge Hotel. However, when I booked w/ Orbitz they mis-represented the type of accommodations we were getting. I was asked if I wanted a King or two queens beds. I said 2 queens. What we got was a queen/full and a pull out sofa. I called Orbitz, was put on hold...for over 30 mins...my husband then called from his cell phone...long story short we were both on the phone with Orbitz for an hour...Orbitz didn't accommodate!...wanted to charge an add'l $30/ night. NOT! I DO NOT blame the hotel. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY, CLEAN ROOMS, QUIET, GREAT PARKING, GREAT LOCATION TO FREEWAY, REDONDO BEACH PIER, EASY DRIVE TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS OR HOLLYWOOD.

I am very pleased with our stay at Staybridge Suites. It was alot more than we have expected. The rooms were clean and everything was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the Sundowner reception was really great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazingly friendly both at check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities (shampoo, lotion, etc). Loved that the breakfast was open til' 10:30. Had the usual coffee, bagels, eggs... alongside make your own waffles and miso soup! Location is about ten minute drive to Redondo Beach. Not much else around it, but great value for a stay.

The arrangement for my family of 6 was perfect. We had lots of room and having a kitchenette saved us money from eating out all the time. We loved it and would stay there again.

This location is great. We drove to Hollywood, , Pasadena, Universal City and several beaches from here. Great continental breakfast and hit the road. The small suite worked great for my college age daughter and her friend to stay with my wife and I. Semi-private at times. Two work stations some small business I needed to conduct. Clean quite and affordable! Most of all a safe place with free parking. Rented a 4-door jeep Wrangler. Worked great for touring with a GPS. Oh yeah, Free movie rental at the Hotel front desk.

Free movies, HBO and wireless sevice, does it get any better. They also had grills by the heated pool to use and a quiet setting. Location, location, location, it was easy coming and going.

Pleasant hotel staff. Dated facilities and rooms. I had wanted a non-smoking room due to allergies I have. I ended up with a smoking room that was designed for handicapped access. The room, in addition to the smell of tobacco smoke, had an unidentified smell that was somewhat repulsive. The hotel did not have additional rooms that were available. All in all, this was not a pleasant experience. I will say this has been my fifth stay here and most others have been acceptable.

My grandson, 12, enjoyed the freedom to go to breakfast when he wanted and to use the pool facilities. The pool was heated, so I was comfortable joining him. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Not having room service kept the price down, and the hotel desk gave us great restaurant delivery information.

It was very helpful for us to saty in a suite room with same price together with children. We enjoyed hotel very much and like it. Only for sneaks you have given at 5 to 7 pm you can add vegatale soups, for whom may not eat meeat. And for breakfast we stayed 7 days and same breaksfast was boring. On the other hand perfect location for people visiting CA.
