smoking outside needs contained area away from entry ways had to put washrag over vents to keep smoke out of room & shower. rm 440. Cleaning needs bleach and scrub brush on bathroom floor to remove mold

No blinds, no administration. The hotel was indeed a OK hotel but there's no blinds in the room so the brightness wake you up at around 5am every morning. Also, during my stay, there's group of unruled kids keeping running and laughing outside the corridor even after 12 am. I told the staff but no action was done to stop it.

We stayed here this past weekend and had a great time! The staff is amazing! They are so helpful! I would recomend this hotel to anyone just looking to get away! The rooms are very nice and there is lots of room in them!

Great bufet breakfast every morning. I can't say anything negative about my experience. Great hotel and location. Clean with friendly staff, not to mention the free parking. We will definitely be going back. It's the perfect hotel for a family and well worth the money.

Great amenities, excellent breakfast, unbeatable value. As an extended stay hotel, housekeeping is not offered regularly. This is a great hotel, especially for families. Each suite contains a kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. The complimentary hot breakfast was great. Although WiFi and local calls are free, don't expect free extras like toothpaste, etc. if you forget something at home. Things like that are sold in the (overpriced) little store downstairs.

Breakfast was included in the price! We only paid 35 dollars for a mini studio. I think the hotel layout was a bit unusual but it was really nice in terms of looks. I am shocked that we got a great mini studio with breakfast included and the hotel was nice, clean and had a swimming pool. Does not get better then that.

Location was close to where we wanted to go. The comforter on the bed was not clean when we arrived! No maid service was offered on the weekend unless requested. They had a hockey convention or something like that going on when we stayed at the hotel. There were kids making a lot of noise and running around everywhere. Not too pleasant when that happens. Hotel staff did nothing to correct that.

The hotels appearance was very nice. The amenities were very good. Free parking is a plus. Good helpful staff. To tell you the truth I don't have anything bad to say about this nice hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we will come back again and that's a promise.

Breakfast was excellent. Quality of the accommodations - exceeded my expectations for 2*. Room was little small, bed too close to armoire (kept hitting my knee when walking by). I was a little nervous about booking a 2 star, I expected the bates motel, but we were very pleased when we arrived and saw how beautiful it was, and clean, and the amenities in the room (kitchen, and sitting area). It was a good stay there.

It was spacious, food was great, and staff was fantastic! I liked everything. This hotel was in a quiet residential/business area. The premises were very well maintained and the staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast was probably the best I have had at any hotel that included a free breakfast. I did not have a chance to try the free evening get together, but they always seemed very well attended. This was a concern for us as we are elderly and cannot sleep in a full size bed. To our relief, when we checked in the hotel upgraded us to a one bedroom suite. What a joy! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
