Service was better than expected for ""light touch housekeeping"". In-house laundrymat was great for staying more than a couple of days. Full kitchen made meals and leftovers easy to manage. Had two room suite that was larger than many apartments I have leased. Daily breakfast and all day coffee and tea was very nice.

We had asked for 4 hypoallergenic pillows to replace the existing down pillows due to allergies, and they did so promptly and with a smile.

Great breakfast buffet. We booked this hotel on short notice and couldn't have been happier. Lots of room to spread out, nice bathroom and down pillows.

The staff went over the top in wanting to please guests. We stayed in 3 hotels on this trip, and this property was far and above the best. Clean, new facility.

Although this facility was relatively new, it was extremely well-maintained. The staff was both professional and friendly. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a larger room when the front desk realized my grandchildren were adult-sized, rather than child-sized! We all really enjoyed the breakfasts--a great way to start a long day. Both granchildren discovered a new breakfast favorite at the hotel--sticky rice!! The location worked well for traveling both north and south, as well as locally. Using the GPS in our rental car, we only got lost twice and one of those times was on the way to the hotel from the airport. I am glad we stumbled across you!

It was a great stay. The great room allowed people to socialize with each other. They had a good breakfast selection and happy hour was the best that I have seen anywhere. Very friendly women guests and employees.

The Staybridge Suites SAN DIEGO-SORRENTO MESA was very comfortable, and better than we expected! The room was a suite, much larger than most with a kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was separated from the vanity area, just off the bedroom. There was a nice, long counter for dining, as well as a nice desk / table. The location was very good - central to our destination, and there were many choice restaurants close-by.

Convenient to all places of interest in the area. A little noisy. The room itself was fine. The only issues I had were with the sounds of doors slamming late at night and cars racing around the parking lot. There were high school students in the hotel celebrating their prom and I wish the hotel staff would have tried to get them under control.

Great place to stay, the rooms were comfortable and very clean. My kids were able to stay in the living room on the sofabed and in a crib, respectively, and there still was room to roam around. While not close to Seaworld and the zoo and such, it was still well situated near the freeway and a great selection of restaurants was close by. Unfortunately, most of the restaurants in the foodcourt were closed, on Sunday, but still other choices close by.

Served complimentary breakfast and in room kitchen access. Front desk was charging (double) too much for bringing small dog. Hotel manager, had over looked at hotel guests health safety issues. I parked my car/van behind the hotel's back parking lot and starting to load my luggage, when suddenly huge quantity of hot gas air blew with small particles of textile to wards me and saw that it was coming from hotel's laundry area. I had a hard time catching my breath due to unsafe hot gas air coming from huge laundry dryer. I want to address a complaint against hotels management, but in a hurry to get out of their facility. I will address this issue to (BBB) Better Bus. Bureau for further environmental inspection.

Peaceful neighborhood, friendly staff, clean, simple, no charge for internet and parking! It was perfect for my needs! Close to all the activities in San Diego, yet quiet enough to be very restful. All the amenities needed for a family or a parent visiting a child away at the university.

The rooms were very spacious and new. The location was sort of out of the way. Staybridge Suites offers spacious rooms, a friendly staff, and other comfortable amenities which made staying away from home a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Very nice Hotel with a very comfortable and clean room in a nice neighborhood. Hotel was great and in a really good neighborhood, The staff was excellent and very friendly and the room was great with a kitchenette area and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very large, clean and comfy. The sign on the roadway needs to be larger. The rooms were clean and very spacious. There was really nothing to complain about with the room. I loved it and was sad to leave.
