Super place to stay . Great Staff!!

Excellent complimentary breakfast and suppers. Elevator was a little jerky, in need of adjustments. Upscale rooms with full kitchen facilities suitable for extended stays. Hotel staff was friendly and most helpful.

We stayed 8 nights for a Mayo visit in October. The location is excellent...across the street from St. Mary's and only a mile up the street from Mayo Clinic. Restaurants next door--Canadian Honker is wonderful. Breakfast is excellent, and they offer light meals three nights a week that are tasty and complimentary. We would definitley stay here again.

Stayed at the Staybridge 2X for Mayo visits. 2 bed/bath suite quite ample. Also have stayed at Kahler Suites (yuk) and the Residence Inn near RMH. They don't compare.Staybridge offers a Mayo discount. Parking is free, and the breakfasts are wonderful! Staybridge was */night cheaper! They fill up quick. It's clean and newer - and a few blocks from Mayo (near St. Mary's) but the shuttle service is really good. Staff is great as well.

The Staybridge Suites was the best hotel in Rochester especially if you have a loved one in St. Mary's Hospital - it's right across the street. The rooms are very well maintained and immaculate. They have a large refrigerator in the room along with a big microwave and stove. The continental breakfast in the morning is enjoyable and the lobby is friendly. The staff is extremely courteous and are eager to help you with a smile. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Mayo.

Continental breakfast was wonderful - Eggs, sausage, waffles and fresh fruits. The room was a little small. The hotel met all of our needs and expectations.

Upon checking into the hotel, I questioned the front desk about why my room did not have two beds for two individuals staying there. The front desk clerk said there was nothing I could do and had to accept it. I then filled out an appropriately detailed customer satisfaction card explaining the situation. I then left a message on the general manager's voice mail that the reservation was not correct. Within thirty minutes, the general manager was at the front door of the hotel room and said that I had to leave the premises. Because of my complaints, they would not honor the reservation or return my payment for the entire 5 night stay. I then was forced to find another hotel at 10 pm at night. Several days later, I was notified by my credit card company of some suspicious activity. When I followed up on this, I found out that Stay bridge suites had given my credit card information to another hotel as well who was also charging me for nights stay despite the fact that I never went to this hotel or contacted them. When I attempted to contact the general manager to ask her about this she hung up the phone twice and refused to comment on how my credit card information was given to other businesses. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Great breakfast, excellent snacks in the afternoon. Right across the street from St. Mary's Hospital. The breakfast is excellent--lots of excellent choices, well presented. Plus there's the afternoon snack, which was more like a small meal on the days we were there. My husband had surgery at St. Mary's and I could not have asked for a more convenient or pleasant location to stay while he recovered.

Microwave popcorn in room. Great facility, with Weber grills on deck, free laundry. Overall good pick.

Spacious. Underground parking. Nice big room, nice employees.

Close to Mayo Clinic. Everything.. Cramped among other run-down properties. Parking is horrific and limited. Movies given away are old. Hallways were dark and narrow. Pillows were too small. I would not go back to this hotel or recommend it to others.

Rooms were big. No comfortable chair forTV viewing. A nice hotel in a convenient location for Mayo Clinic patients. Close walking distance to a good moderately priced restaurant.

Close to my hospital for surgery convenience. Needs an additional elevator, upgrade lobby, old musty smell. Friendly staff, free parking, clean rooms, good price, very convenient.

It was very functional and convenient. The hotel was clean and had a kitchenette, the room was medium size and included a desk area and internet connection. The free underground parking kept our car protected.

Great amenities in the room and good breakfast. The parking. Good value, clean rooms and hotel, not very easy to park, average mattresses, great amenities in the rooms, refrigerator, cook top, micro wave, etc. Handy location to hospital or downtown to clinics. Overall I would stay again.

Very friendly. Placement of furniture in room was not good. Could not see the TV from the couch or bed. As I send the furniture was not convenient. We had them pull the TV so we could see it from our bed. The way it was placed you weren't able to see it from the couch or the bed. Decor in the room was old and worn. Employees were very friend which made of for the old look. We would stay there again.

They had an excellent continental breakfast. There were smokers within 10 feet of the building. I liked the location and accessibility of this hotel. I liked the secure underground parking area. They had an excellent continental breakfast with a lot of food choices. I would stay at this hotel again.
