Had trouble from first day with toilet second day was handed a plunger ..found two other guests had the same problem and handed a plunger also...I am disabled the parking spaces for disabled were all around the other side of the building was told by the front desk that the city assigned those spots I doubt that, but will be writing a letter to the City on that answer, in the forty years that I worked with AT&T and all the hotels I stayed at,you were always extended the courtesy of cashing a check I was given nasty comment by the front desk that they are not a banking facility, had to ASK for the sheets to be changed after the 10th night even that is posted they only change sheets after a week..I could go on but would NOT recoment any one staying there

It was very clean. Very accomodating. We had a great time, the hotel was very nice and would like to stay there again sometime,I loved the price, we had a wonderful weekend, thank you so much.

I reserved this hotel online while traveling across country at Christmas time. Pros: This hotel seemed to be a remodeled building with older cabinets and decorations. The property looks nice on the outside. There was an onsite security guard in the well-lit parking lot. I arrived at 1 AM, so the parking was packed and prime spots limited. I had to park my car full of belongings far from view of my room because the visible parking spots are limited. It was in a good area near a college. The room was spacious. The kitchenette had useful space with a double burner stove and lots of storage. Instead of a dining table there was a counter/island to eat at.I was happy with the new, clean coffee maker. The price for regular booking on the back of the door showed $30 more than what I booked online. I was happy that I booked online with travelocity. Cons: The king bed sagged in the middle but was still comfortable. The pillows were different variations of stiff and overly soft. The floor could have used a good vacuuming. The housekeeping knocked at 9 am although the extended stay hotel noted cleaning every 4 days. The toilet clogged for both guests in my party repeatedly & flushed very loud. The shower drained very slow & the trap kept shutting while I was trying to drain it. No continental breakfast because it was an ?extended stay? hotel. Water felt hard but maybe that's what to expect in the desert.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly. The location was great and the restaurants within the area was just what I was looking for. The Best part was the view of the Sandia Mountains.

For a limited service hotel, this was very good. No areas to safely take walks outside.

Best value, convenient location, nice room. Slow elevator. I stayed at four hotels during my week traveling in New Mexico. This one definitely offers the most bang for the buck. It is located in the northern outskirts of Albuquerque, but since it's right off I-25, it's a hop and a skip from Old Town, Downtown, Nob Hill, etc. It also has a perfect view of the Sandia Mountains, you can almost reach out and touch it. The one bedroom suite offers lots of privacy and quietness that a regular hotel room does not offer. The kitchenette allows the occupant to cook or heat up food when he or she doesn't feel like eating out. The room and furniture are in fairly good condition, unlike the worn out rooms of the other hotels I stayed in. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean. No linens/blanket for the sofa bed. There were supposed to be linens, blankets and pillows provided for the sleeper sofa. There were none in the room. We went down to ask for them and no one could find the key to the linen closet. We were finally given two sheets and then we asked specifically for a blanket and suggested that they take one out of a vacant room, which they did. But, I was not impressed with the housekeeping department. The staff that was there was friendly enough.

I liked the kitchenette. The Mattresses where not very soft and I would have like to have had a duvet vs. a comforter.

I liked everything about this hotel. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. I loved our stay at this hotel. We had two small children and I loved the fact that I wasn't freaking out about them playing on the floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. I honestly felt like we were the only guests there, because I never heard any noise.

Ability to avoid eating out, room had nice kitchenette with dishes. Pet smell lingered in hallway after a guest with pets walked by, walls were pretty thin. Overall great stay, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, room and general facility clean, nice towels, indoor pool & hot tub were very nice, staff was pleasant and helpful even in the middle of the night, far enough off interstate it is quiet, walls were thin so you could hear doors shut but otherwise was quiet, well light parking area, windows were able to be opened, overallI would not hesitate to stay here again, great value for the price.
