This place was great for me and my family. We hosted a reunion in this facility for three days. The staff opened this hotel up to us and was marvelous. The facility is nice and clean. The staff was amazing and assisted us in every way possible. The breakfast was also great they served food like a buffet. I recommend this place to others.

Perfectly located, we walked every where with a 9 & 10 year old. To the Aquarium, the French Quarter, to the St Charles Street Car stop to hop a ride to the zoo. I had picked the Staybridge due to location and the convenience of having a kitchen. With kids, we really liked the breakfast buffet and sundowner reception, as it kept meal costs down while we were away.

Staff is amazing. Free breakfast is better than a lot of restaurants. Clean! It was not advertise that a parking space was not included. This is $25 extra/night. Staff is great, especially the housekeeping - they were constantly helping people with Extra things and declined tips (on the extra things). The eggs were the best I've had anywhere. Extra little food presented in the evening was fun. My only complaint is the lack of free parking. Not being a major city traveler, it was a surprise that this was not included. It added $25/night to the room bill and the spaces arevery small, but very secure (rare in this area).

This hotel has a fantastic location, friendly staff and is great value for money. Highly recommended.

Convienient to local attractions. Unhelpful staff; no shuttle service to or from the airport; did not get the type of room or bed accomodations that I requested.

This was my third stay in the last few months and I am consistently satisfied with the staff, service and atmosphere. The suite rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel lobby and first floor are always freezing cold. The rooms, however, are temperature controlled. The hotel is one block from Harrah's Casino and several blocks from Canal Street and the French Quarter.

The location and the Kitchenette. I enjoyed my stay as it was comfortable, well furnished, close to a lot of interesting sites and both complimentary breakfast and dinner were served. However, the pool was very small and located right next to the dining area, thus not private at all.

The staff was great at check-in even though it was 1:00a.m. Every thing is very nice. Spacious rooms for even a family of five. The maintenance of the carpet needs to be upgraded. The only down side to the whole experience was a pipe burst in the middle of the night about 2:00a.m. in the morning. My family was put up at another hotel but only till check-out time of that hote.We didn't check-in to the other hotel until 5:00a.m. The hotel one day was nice but were not compensated for the inconveince of the mishap.

It's location was perfect! Clean, spacious, rooms, friendly service, and an excellent location made our stay very enjoyable. I would certainly plan to stay here for my next visit to New Orleans.

The Staybridge Suites was pleasingly comfortable. Everything about the hotel was GREAT!

Late check in-would not do early check in. We were suppose to get a king size bed, but when we got there, we were told that they only had double or queen.

There was plenty of space in our suite. Full kitchen, but we did not take advantage. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day, which was an inconvenience. Parking is an issue. We had to park in a lot across the street from the hotel.

Closeness to the Ship Pier and to the French Quarter. Bathroom much too crowded; no room in garage. It was my fault we got a handicapped room which didnot suite our needs. Front desk staff was surly and unhelpful. No room in garage. Outdoor parking across street was $25. No plastic glasses in suite for bathroom, and 1 of 2 lamps had light bulb burned out. Insufficient help space in bath for Dopp kit and its contents.

Nice amenities. Pool was outdoors and not heated. Overall a good value, a little walk from the French Quarter so bring a stroller if you have young children. Beds were comfortable, complimentary food was fair but helpful if you are on a budget.

Location. AC unit was directed at the bed. Nice set-up in the room with kitchenette, desk and sleeper sofa as well as queen-sized bed. Water for the bath was not hot enough for the tub to soak, but fine for a shower.

Close to shops. Easy walk to French Quarter. Maid service in the room was poor. Front desk didn't always do the jobs they said they would. Nice.

Spacious The Staybridge Suites in New Orleans is fantastic value for the money. My wife and I stayed one night before leaving on a cruise the next morning. The rooms are very spacious, clean, the staff was friendly, free internet access and a free buffet breakfast in the morning. Super value for the money. You do have to pay for parking, but even so it's a great value, also right across the street from Harrah's if you like to gamble, and just a mile or so from the cruise ship terminal!!

Attentive staff Vagrants riding in elevators Bed was VERY hard. Not for my taste. There were people begging for money riding in the elevators. You could tell that some of the young kids (meaning teenagers) who were guests were smoking so much pot you could smell it on them. These were all problems brought on by guests/intruders at the hotel. Other than that, the staff is friendly and attentive.

Friendly service. I really had a great time there, even if I stayed for only one day. Overall, probably one of the best hotels I stayed in so far. What mattered the most however, were the people, very friendly way above my expectations.
