We were returning from Napa and needed a place near the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel is pretty new. Had a very nice cocktail reception in the evening. The rooms were clean and very well equipped. The air conditioning was a little dicey but not different from a lot of other hotels.

Location close to arco arena, great breakfast. None. This was a great hotel, clean and staff super friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

This hotel is nice and new. The problem I have is that they have billed me an additional 1,675 and they can't tell me what it is for. I have called in twice weekly since the stay and still no progress. I have formally complained to the corporate billing department twice with no follow up on their end. I just got off the phone and the staff is handling this lackadaisically, passing me off from one rep to another. I just want them to give me back my money. My recommendation: Stick with a Marriott or Hilton property. They have properties in this same price range, go with someone solid and save yourself the trouble. Now I just hope the AMEX fraudulent charges department takes care of the situation for me.

The Staybridge Suites in SACRAMENTO NATOMAS, Sacramento, California was very comfortable. It was Pet friendly however you have to pay a $75 fee. The free breakfast was very good I didn't expect much of it since it was free and atthe hotel, but it was really good. The pool was really nice. There were a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. I definetly would stay there again.

Free dinner, full breakfast, large, comfortable room with full kitchen and 2 flat screen televisions. Far exceeded expectations, didn't want to leave. They ran out of food at dinner, but hey, it was free, and there was also free beer and wine. My co-worker and I really enjoyed the room. It afforded privacy and was very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were a nice surprise and the staff was very courteous.

The suites were very nice; good beds & bedding; very clean and nicely maintained. We had some rather loud & annoying neighbors down below us that woke us a number of times. This was a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms were nice and the beds and bedding were great. Very good breakfasts every morning were stayed there. We will stay there again for sure!

Size of room and the kitchen amenities. No PPV on the television - Need other entertainment that was not provided. Clean, with some special services that I have not seen elsewhere - happy hour with complementary beverages including wine and beer and food to accompany. Night clerk was very full of himself and the only distraction there. Found him rude.

Well done breakfast buffet. Not fully functioning whirlpool, and was told it wouldn't be repaired till Monday after I left. The only shortcomings I had was the whirlpool only partially functioned. My back was really hurting and the only benefit was sitting in the hot water. Also there was a lack of towels near the pool. This is the second year staying there during the California High School Basketball Championships. Even though I traveled in my Class A Motor home, I stayed there for the food and comfort.

Great location, service and amenities! Very clean and spacious. Very courteous staff. I and my family had an excellent time staying there. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. The hotel was close to Arco Arena, which is where we were going. The hotel was very clean and looked brand new. The full breakfast was great, which is complimentary. The pool was very nice for my kids to swim in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to freeway/shopping center. Very clean rooms and building. I would love to come back to this hotel. I had a positive sense just as soon as i walked in. Having the coffee/tea in lobby 24/7 is wonderful. Everything i needed was there for the taking.

Location was great near shopping, restaurants and only 5 miles from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean and enjoyed having a kitchen and a pool and hot tub.

The Hotel staff was very friendly. They even helped us find a night club that we could go to. The breakfast that was provided was not vegetarian friendly and there was no fresh fruit. I was very happy with the overall service and stay at the hotel. I would also recommend it to family and friend. I will most likely stay at this hotel again.

Suite rooms are great, kitchen was great with dishes to use. Suite rooms were great. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
