It was so close to the concert we attended and was the best overall value compared to any hotel around there!! And the continental breakfast was exceptionally fantastic!!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. I thought that I was getting a suite with a separate bedroom, but it was just one room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (and included feather pillows!) and the breakfast was terrific. The kitchenette is a real convenience and money-saver.

Our Soccer Team stayed one night. Staff was extremely helpful, hot breakfast was GREAT. One of the best features--free laundry. Making the reservations were easy, check in was easy. All Around GREAT place to stay. Would recommend for anyone.

When we first arrived at the hotel, it was late and we were tired only to be told that there was some "incident" that occurred at the hotel and there were no vacancies available! We were also told that we were being sent to a "comparable" hotel located down the street, Park Place Hotel. Despite prepaying through Orbitz, we had no choice at this point and drove down the street. We were originally told that we would have a similar room only to get to the Park Place Hotel and hear, "Did she tell you we only have double beds available?" I'm not sure what my husband said in my absence, but we wound up getting a king sized bed. While the Park Place Hotel was nice, it was only after we checked in to the Staybridge Suites that we realized what we missed out on the night before. The hotel was gorgeous and the Park Place Hotel paled by comparison. Too bad we weren't able to enjoy BOTH days that we paid for. We will never prepay through Orbitz or any other service again. You may save a few dollars, but the aggravation is not worth it. Lesson learned. Overall, the hotel itself is definitely worth checking out (hence, the 4 star rating).

Excellent front desk help. Some footprints in the bathroom. Excellent location for the business I was conducting and very nice decor.

Our experience with the Staybridge was great -- we arrived during a snowstorm (in Memphis!) -- the staff was extremely welcoming without being overbearing, answered all our questions completely and succinctly. Our suite (3 adults), while not huge, was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked w/ basics for cooking, coffee, etc.Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at the Staybridge Suites in Memphis were great. The suites were small for 4 people. The hotel and staff were great.

Stayed at this property for business - a beautiful renovation! Awesome look, great service and really good location for Memphis!

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating in every respect. Had the perfect room but had to move because of a sprinkler leak. The second room was not as spacious as the first.

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay on July 28, 2007 at this hotel, rooms were clean with very pleasant decor. My in-laws also raved about the amenities of swimming pool, exercise room and the surprisingly good breakfast.

Price and location. The hotel was in a wonderful part of town, it was very clean, and had a full kitchen which was wonderful. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had.

this hotel and staff are great. they are under significant renovation so it will be even better when their finished

I enjoyed the hot breakfast bar. This hotel does not have everyday maid service. This is a very nice hotel. Good for a family staying in Memphis for more than two days since each room has a full kitchen.

"We went to Memphis for the first leg of our honeymoon- the first night here, the fire alarm was pulled by some kids at 12:30 AM and the front desk didn't even know where the alarm was coming from, or what was going on!!!! The front desk service people were rude, and we even had to go down to get our own towels-after not receiving housekeeping service on the second day!!! The rooms are nice, but everything else was a disapointment!!"

Size of room far exceeded expectations. Hotel location is not easily accessible from freeway. The hotel was much nicer and far more deluxe than expected. The continental breakfast was outstanding, better than any I've ever had. My complaint about they Staybridge would have to be its location. If you stay at the Staybridge, be sure to get driving directions and a map elsewhere. I was so angry about the quality of the directions, that I almost felt like turning around and driving 5 hours just to get home!

Not a bad place to stay for a short period of time. I was there for business. The breakfast was great. The room walls were thin so you could hear people outside in the halls and in the other rooms.

Location in reference to our event was excellent, convenient to eateries. Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Great value.

Location. Room cleanliness. The hotel is in a nice location; however, the toilets didn't work, and the shower rod was not connected.....it took over 24 hours to get this fixed....not acceptable in my opinion.

I liked how they were very helpful with my children's stay. Very small parking lot, only one entrance was inconvenient. This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. They were very helpful and didn't treat us like we didn't belong there because we have a few children. most hotels don't want more than one or two children but they didn't seem to mind and didn't try to charge us extra!

Great breakfast for a hotel - rooms were very nice. We had a church youth group there at the same time, elevators a bit busy. This was a great place to stay the location is very nice and safe. Not many hotels I've ever stayed in have been this nice, especially for the price. Would highly recommend Staybridge to anyone!
