Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are so homely. Every area is spotlessly clean. Just sorry i could not stay longer. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Thank you to all your staff.

The Hotel was beyond expectation... very nice rooms and staff is very friendly. it was a great choice and i would definately book this hotel again... I highly recommend it :)

The rooms were well decorated. There was air in the pipes so the water would sputter and spray. This hotel was beautiful. It's rooms were large, well decorated, and included all of the things one would need.

We reserved queen size room, beds were very small, not enough room for two to sleep comfortably. Room was the only one with no internet service available, the hotel staff called it the black hole, but no other room was offered for our convience. Hotel is great however, and I would stay there again.

I really liked the built in kitchen area, with the marble counter, stove top,microwave,even a dishwasher andfridge. Ididnt like that the sink and mirrior area are in the open and not enclosed with the bathroom area. I was very pleased with this hotel, I would recommend it to anyone, and will stay again if I am in the London area.

The friendly staff, very informative for us as we live out of town. Then pillows are really bad, other than that everyting was fine. I have already recommmended this business to others already.
