had problem with of car parking space but this was soon resolved . refreshing change when compared with staying in hotel

We found this a lovely place to stay, but if we had any complaints it would be that the car parking is over priced in fact we have never had to pay for parking before you would expect it to be free after all you are staying in the hotel . The other thing is the pantry we ended up paying 5.00 for a packet of HOB NOBS. We would think of gong back if they dont charge for parking .

Don't waste time searching for other hotels/apartments! Just book it!!My Partner and I regulary stay in Liverpool and spend hours searching for hotels, If only we had just booked the StayBridge before. We arrived there to find we had to obtain a password for the parking lot at reception to which no-one apart from the guests could access, fantastic! To which I might add only cost eight pound! we had book an apartment suite which was absolutely spotless and very spacious, It felt as if we were the first guests to ever stay in it.Then we were told by reception there was a complimentary wine and nibbles available 6-8pm but thought it would be a handfull of nuts and a glass of cheap wine, Unfortunately we arrived downstairs to find Faustino on tap, beers, white wine and a cheese board to die for.We had booked the staybridge as it was the closest hotel apart from the other one next door(wouldn't stay there) to the echo arena, You literally had to walk 5 steps and you were at the main doors. You would be a fool to stay anywhere but the Staybridge, but i don't want to say too much as We plan on staying there once a month and would hate my review to prevent me from doing that ( I need my suite available)!!

Brilliant Hotel!!This hotel is in an ideal location, just a 2 minute walk from the docks and a 5 minute walk to the shops. Fantastic value for money, room was spotless and modern with an extremely comfy bed. Security is top class and parking on site is £8 for 24 hrs where you are given your own parking space in a secure garage. Breakfast was good, things seemed a bit caotic, but it was 10.30am when we went down. All in all this hotel is fantastic and i can't wait to return!!

I booked a studio for my boyfriends birthday and it was just what I wanted, as it was extreamly clean and all the furniture was modern practically brand new. However it was on the small side but this was soon forgotten when we noticed the many free complimentary gifts (beer, sweets, crisps, water etc) But do note if your planning on cooking in the hotel they only provide you with a microwave oven which is quite tricky to use, so would advise cooking on the hob. As for other areas the layout of the communal downstaires lounge area was the best I have ever seen .... extreamly spacious, samsung tv's everywhere you look, a free coffe machine you can help yourself to, a bbq area for guests to use and an unsupervised shop they trust you to tell reception what you have taken. I didn't realise how close it was to the echo arena (its literally just over the courtyard) however the carpark spaces are very tight and I did worry about my car getting dented.Overall a really good hotel maybe next time I would try bookin on of the bigger suites rather than the studio.

great place to stay near to Albert DockThis was a very comfortable welcoming place to stay in Liverpool. The accommodation was excellent and the furnishings and bathroom first class. If I have one complaint is would be the building work next door. Our room overlooked a building site and we were glad we stayed on a Saturdaym so no work going on. If you book make sure you are not on the side where the building work is taking place.Staff were helpful and polite and the breakfast great. All in all a great place to stay, close to shops and restaurants and night life. Watch out for the hen parties.

My stay at StaybridgeWonderful location, disappointed to have a room overlooking the car park, but very helpful staff moved me to a room with a better view.Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The facilities are great and the room was very pleasant. There were a few small things wrong, e.g. a light bulb not working, the microwave hadn't been cleaned after the previous occupant and there was a small stain on the bed spread. So slight room for improvement there, but it was all fed back to the staff. For the price, I think they could have put some milk in the fridge.Overall, a good experience and I would go back.

Disappointed with the size of the roomI booked a double suite, but was checked into what I believed to be a single. This meant that for dining, there was only one dining chair. This was the only disappointment.

I always use serviced apartments when I travel for business as they give you so much more flexibility. These are lovely - but slightly different from the concept. Everywhere else I've been the apartments have had a very local supermarket, so you buy and cook your own food. This is one of the reasons I like to use apartments as when I'm away for work I use that time to catch up and I don't particularly want to spend time sitting on my own in a hotel restaurant. These apartments are not by a supermarket but they do have a wonderful free buffet (including free wine!) in the evening from 6 - 8pm as well as a fabulous free breakfast + a small 'shop' of essentials including posh microwave meals. So all in all really good value for money but if you want to be antisocial like me then do bring your own food! One gripe - don't try and use your sat-nav to find these apartments - they are too new to be recognised and mine took me to the other side of the city. I made 6 phone calls to get 'talked in' and wound up very grumpy .... and no one said sorry!

Staybridge suites was ideally situated with a 5- 10 minute walk into the centre of Liverpool and the new Liverpool1. It is right on the Albot Dock which now has some lovely bars and restaurants. The rooms were beautiful with everything you need- just like home. We had a room that faced the carpark across the road which wasnt the best but it wasnt a problem for us. These rooms are ideal for couples with small children as of the kitchen facility in the room. There is also a 24 hr pantry (snack room) where you can get a range of snacks including microwave meals etc to pop in your microwave in your room. The breakfast situation in the morning is a little strange at first- but works really well and was well worth getting up for. Overall I loved staying here and will definately be going back. The only problem was with the booking as they had booked us in for the month before and charged me for one of the nights- so I am glad that I rang up to check this or I may have been left with no room for the weekend or for valentines.

All the facilities of a top hotel, but self catering serviced apartments. King size bed, large flatscreen HD TV, very clean and comfortable, friendly helpful staff.Excellent buffet style breakfast provided and added bonus of free drinks and snacks every weekday evening.Cannot recommend highly enough!

Only one word to decribe this place and its location, FANTASTIC! I would never have thought of even considering a 'Suite' but, through 'Laterooms.com' I realised that the actual cost of the room is on par with the major hotels in Liverpool city centre. The room i had was beautiful, clean and had everything you could require. What also impressed me was the free complimentory food and alcohol that was presented to me (regards the alcohol it was only one bottle of beer in the fridge but its little things like this that make all the difference!). The breakfasts were different and varied with many an choice to cater for everyones needs. The biggest plus points is its actual location on the Albert Docks which means you are no more than a walking distance from all the central attractions, thus enabling you to leave the car behind. Might i add that the Staylebridge has also got a secure park underneath that cost only a very reasonable £8 per 24 hour period. All in all, the Staylebridge is a mini home from home and makes the upmost effort to make you relaxed and comfortable.Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking at spending sometime in Liverpool and i myself will definatley be staying here again hopefully in the not too distant future. A fantastic weekend all round. Many thanks to all the staff.

People are sometimes very quick to jump on the negative, but let me tell you, at the Staybridge there aren't any negatives. I defy anyone to be disappointed with the room, the staff's attitude, the \"perks\" of being a guest etc.

A wonderful hotel... The only problem I had was breakfast on the Sunday. It was very busy and they kept running out of cutlery, food, plates etc but bearing in mind the hotel is only 6 months old, I will put this down to teething problems.
