Facilities and complimentary breakfast. Horrible cable. Extremely limited channel selection. Moviesat $11+ (even old ones). Great place. Good facilities, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Complimentary meals were very good and varied. Horrible cable.

They claimed to be pet friendly but failed to disclose their * per night non-refundable pet deposit upfront. I'm NOT a happy camper.

Recently built. Even non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. My clothes smelled of smoke at work! This hotel is a smoker hotel. Even the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The place really stinks. The lady that checked me in talked about how she feels unsafe working there. It left me feeling insecure both nights I was there. This place really stinks bad.

Very comfortable beds. Clean and new rooms. Very noisy, I think the walls are too thin, you can hear everything next door. Kitchen is very well equipped, nice and romantic room makes you feel at home. The walls were too thin, could hear the next rooms cell phone ring in the middle of the night.

Very convenient to airport - clean and comfy. Hot water wasn't as hot as I like. Pleasant and new - easy to get to. Cinema close by, airport less than 2 minutes. A very pleasant place.

Very attractive, clean and well-equipped suite. Comfortable and spacious. There was no table or chairs in our room where we could eat a meal. Great location for someone who is going to drive across the border in the morning. Big well-equipped rooms with everything you could want to store food and have a meal, except that there seemed to be an empty space in our room where there should have been a table and chairs for eating.

Warm breakfast was very nice. CBS TV station not on TV menu/missed steelers/raven. Very friendly staff I was able to check in before 3pm/nice warm breakfast/nice kitchenette with large coffee pot. On the downside CBS TV station not on TV menu missed the steeler/raven game also no newspaper stand around hotel did provide USA today paper at no charge.

Includes kitchen. No LCD TV, the door to the room didn't work properly. The hotel is 2 to 2.5 star, the breakfast food was not very good. It is close to the airport and on a nicer side of Laredo.

Very comfortable, great facility, very convenient. NA Very convenient to business traveling, away from heavy border commercial traffic, excellent breakfast bar. It seemed new, or very well maintained, very friendly for Airport connections and close to commercial area, definitively a choice. Maybe some one going for shopping only would feel it away from the traffic. I prefer quietness to rest, still close. Being Laredo a small town, everything is 5-10 minutes away, so, for me a great choice.

It's new and clean. The rooms are very nice and modern. The continental breakfast service and daily room cleaning. The hotel itself is very nice, new, and clean. The location is good right on Bob Bullock (loop 20). The continental breakfast was good except for the service. We felt rushed every morning as the service attendent was taking away the food before breakfast time was over. The daily cleaning service did not meet expectations. If you didn't have your room cleaned early morning it wouldn't get done at all for the day.
