My family recently stayed for 2 nights at the StayBridge hotel in JAX. In a word, it was AWESOME!!! When I walked into the room, I was truly amazed!!! There were granite countertops, beautiful furniture, and it was SUPER, SUPER clean (and I am picky about cleanliness of hotels). The bedroom was off the main room and seperated by double doors. The building is so well made, that there was hardly any noise from the living room when the little ones were trying to sleep (I had put on the stove vent too). The bedroom, ahhhh, the bedroom... Besides being very well decorated, the king size bed was super comfy and the sheets were so soft, I wanted to take them home. There was even a huge flat screen in the bedroom (as well as the living room!!!)The bathroom area well designed and nicely tiled. No garden tub or anything, and beware of the totally non-grip tub bottom. My son slipped and hit his head (yea, he's ok)...The staff were very friendly; especially [...], who was kind and helpful)The common area was beautiful and the (FREE) breakfast was far beyond adequate. I would have paid $10 a person for a spread like that!I don't think I can say anough about how pleased I was with the hotel. I've stayed at luxery 5 star hotels that have been NOWHERE as nice... Truly one of my best hotel experiences.

The hotel was new and it had everything we needed. There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. The check-in and out was easy, room was clean, every area of hotel was clean. We enjoyed are stay. I want to stay in hotel again for a longer period of time.

I am very picky about hotel rooms and I couldn't find anything wrong with Staybridge Suites. The suites came fully equipped with everything needed. The breakfast bar was amazing. Along with meat, eggs, oatmeal, fruit and several different kinds of coffee, walnuts (for the oatmeal) and whipped cream (for the belgian waffles) was also available. The rooms were very clean and modern. There were free washers and dryers for guest use. I will be looking for Staybridge Suites in other cities.

I love new hotels...They always have all the new bells and whisltes. This new hotel has all the upgrades: Flat Screen TV's dvd players, granite throughout the room. After staying at the local Marriotts and Hilton products I think I have found my new place. This place is really nice!

Loved the couch and chair. The pull out bed terrible mattress. Great for more than 2 people in each room. Liked refrigerator in room.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I travel most of the year with business and have stayed in many places. I can honestly say this is a wonderful hotel that I will be returning to often. The front desk staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and always there to accommodate my needs with a friendly, positive attitude. The housekeeping was outstanding as well. This place truly made me feel at home, I can?t wait to get back there! I would HIGHLY reccomend the Staybridge Suites in Jacksonville to anyone traveling to the area.

This hotel just opened late February and its great! It's upscale with kitchens in every room, granite countertops, full cooked breakfast, managers reception 3 nights/week, heated pool and hot tub, incredible bed, 32" flat screen TV's - they've got it all. The service is impeccable - like an full-service-upscale hotel!!

I love the size of the room and the comfortable bed. Ilike everything. The hotel staff was very receptive and nice. The rooms were spacious full kitchenette can't say enough about the bed very comfortable.

Large room with kitchen and breakfast buffet included. Wet carpet by the door when we first checked in - scented spray maybe? Great central location for what we needed. Close to the St. John's town center and only about 15 minutes from downtown. The breakfast buffet was great but they need a 2nd waffle maker - I waited in line for 30 minutes since most of the people in line were making more than one waffle.

Clean and close to where I needed to be. Next door to me was an unattended dog barking for well over two hours. I complained about the unattended dog and the desk clerk said well they paid for their pet. Pet friendly is okay for a hotel but It should be required pets are not to be left unattended in your room. The barking was loud and lasted too long.

Room was very spacious and we loved the closed off bedroom. Nothing! We were blown away that there was a complimentary dinner the night that we arrived in addition to the complimentary breakfast. The room was huge with 2 TVs and a bedroom closed off away from the living room and full-size kitchen. We only stayed for 1 night, but it would have been very comfortable to stay for a more extended trip.
