I enjoyed the service & amenities. The buffet breakfast for free can't be beat. The location is so close to anything in the D.C. area, but watch out for toll roads! It is super close to the airport, too. There are great restaurants nearby, including Irish, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, and American fares. Having a kitchenette was a bonus to our 5-night stay.

The King bed suite price / deal package was fantastic. The signs directing you towards your room were ambiguous. Good suites reflective of capacity, great value in the DC area.

I want you to know this is a great place. Not only do they serve a full course breakfast ( fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, waffles, toast, juice, coffee and yougart) every day, they also serve a really nice dinner Monday through Thursday. All at no extra cost. In addition the rooms are suites. Full kitchen with all the utinsels, microwave, coffee pot and coffee. A living room with couch and chair, TV and computer desk, and a separate bedroom. The staff was really nice. In addition, the Van was available to anywhere I wanted to go withing five miles of the hotel. The drive to the Herndon park and ride was only about 3 miles, dropped me off and picked me up at the end of the day. Side trip to new air museum at Dullas? Not a problem, 4 miles to drop off and pick up at end of day. In addition, there were two computers available for guest use. Also an exercise room was available which some people used. I am recommending this to my relatives. This place was great, clean, tidy and nicely decorated. A many stars place. Jim, Seattle

This was a SHOCK! Superb room King bed, full kitchen, living area, 2 TV's, 2 Phones, Frig/Micro/Dishwasher/Amenities yet a GREAT breakfast Buffet (Hot and complete)!! Keep this quite--- don't want the crowd to find out OR the owners to raise the low prices!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door of this hotel room. It was actually more like a condo! Two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen! Tues thru Thurs they offer a free dinner. The free breakfasts are wonderful. They have everything someone could want for breakfast. The hotel is about 35 minutes from Washington D.C., but it is worth the drive to stay here. We will be back!

We stayed at this hotel because of the reviews. We were NOT disappointed! We had 4 adults in a 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of room. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, breakfast was great. About a 30 - 40 minute drive into DC. Restaurants are close by the hotel. We would definate recommend a stay here!

Last March I travelled to Washington for an overnight stay. I spent a night at the Staybridge Suites. The hotel offers a shuttle between Washington Dulles Airport and its facility. The shuttle is usually reliable, although visitors are usually well advised to call up in advance. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The rooms are reasonably sized and are very well priced. The service is fairly professional and one need not go hungry as the front desk sells snacks that can be easily prepared in the rooms' microwave ovens. The breakfast served is excellent, although the fare served is standard hotel breakfasts, the quality and quantity of the breakfast itself was very very good. All in all, the Staybridge Suites offers excellent value for money for short visits to the capital.

I left my phone charger, made several phone calls, finally connected, when returned, no one could find it, although we had been told they found it. We were thrilled with the suite and all that was available. We wished we had known that dinner and breakfast was included. We were so sorry that the pool was not opened until Saturday and we were leaving Friday. It was frustrating trying to find out if my phone charger had been found. I left several messages; the person who finally returned my call had little English. when we checked back in 3 days later, the desk staff had no idea where the found charger was. We searched through a box of chargers, none were mine. the next day the desk staff quickly found a charger with a note with our room number on it, but it did not fit. I think it was found but not recorded and did not have our room number put on it.Otherwise, we really liked it and would return.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, they put out a variety of foods and it was different day to day. The hotel has a dense wooded area behind it that provides great privacy plus keeps it quiet in the room. Rooms were decorated decent, and are clean. Staff was polite and friendly.

We chose this hotel based on economics, wow was all we we could say when we got to the room. The service was outstanding. Even calling a cab late at night to pick us up at the the transit station. The shuttle service was A+. Available all day anywhere within 5 miles and they mean it.

The hotel was clean, and offered a nice buffet breakfast (and a light supper when I was there). They offer activities to brighten the traveler's evening. Rooms clean and pleasant. Had easy accessibility to the airport.

We had a 2 room suite, great with kids! The window locks were hard to remove. I thought this was a great hotel for the rate. My two children had there own room and it was very clean.

The room size was large, and it was nice to have a kitchen area and fold out couch to accommodate a family. We were on our way to an international flight with 9 bags on a cart and our friends who drove us 3 hours to the hotel waiting for 20 minutes while they tried to make us use the smoking room. The situation was remedied and they did give us a non-smoking room but it was not a good first impression. We also told them the night we checked in that we needed to use the free airport shuttle in the morning and that we had 9 bags and told them the time we would need to leave. We were told that a driver would be there for us, but the next morning he left earlier than we had asked and told us. Apparently when they told us the driver would be ready for us, they didn't communicate properly to both, us and the driver, which was not helpful. We made it on time, but again not very professional.

The kitchen is very nice, the bus driver was helpful, TV was in every room. Bathrooms are very-very small. A heater was broken. Some employees were rude and absolutely lazy. Bed settings look very cheap and unfriendly. If the hotel can change them it will make a lot of difference. Please, make sure people can have enough salt in the kitchen and do not stick those paper-bag salt in the salt holder. Plus it was not enough to cook.

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for the money. There was nothing I did not like. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations over all were excellent. This hotel is an excellent choice for a business or leisurely traveler. The price was outstanding. I would stay in a Staybridge everytime I traveled, if I could
