Check-in was fast and courteous. The lobby was welcoming, spotless, fire going. The hallways were well lit, gleaming. My room was well designed making excellent use of a small area. The bed was wonderful and the bed linens were not bargain basement. And once again everything was so clean. The staff was delightful especially the lady who worked the front desk.

Flat screen TV w/DVD, full kitchen, sofa all brand new condition. Nothing. Excellent facilities, friendly service. The place looked newly remodeled.

What a clean, quiet, great place to stay with a family! We stayed in a double bed suite which had a kitchen and plenty of room! Two TV's was great with 3 kids! The breakfast was outstanding, eggs, waffle maker, bacon, muffins, anything you want. Several nights out of the week they have a complimentary snack/dinner (ex. Hot dogs) with beer and soft drinks. The pool was chilly, but clean. Several good, chain restaurants in the area. Was a little more expensive than some hotels in the area, but the extra room and cleanliness made it worth the money!

The rooms were spacious and had tons of appliances. It didn't seem like the pool area was well kept. Nice room, lots of appliances. Close to the mall and lots of restaurants. The breakfast wasn't any good at all, the pool was dirty looking. The staff was very helpful though.

This hotel was very clean and friendly. We traveled with a 21 month old and 3 year old and really enjoy "suite" hotels for vacations. It makes napping and bedtime easier so we can enjoy television or converstaion without disrupting the kids. Staybridge Suites was very clean and the staff friendly. They worked with us when we had to unexpectedly cut our trip short and they (management) were understanding and sympathetic. The kitchen was spotless and roomy. There are lots of restaurants nearby and we found them to be kid-friendly. We will return in the near future.

I will always stay here...done looking. This place had the best staff, best breakfast, happy hours, clean, very nice and a great value. Chattanooga is a great town for a young family...and you have to stay here! I felt like I was at a resort...with everyone trying thier hardest to assure a wonderful stay. We stayed two extra days and this place was one of the reasons. Pet freindly as well...really cool with all the pets...kids loved that. Car nuts have to check out Honest Charlies right behind the place. Eat at Beas....great food. Do Lake Winnie...great deal..kids loved it. I will retire at this place!

The room more then met our expectations. The hotel was right off the highway and easy to get to, but there were so many other hotels right around it, finding the right entrance could be a chore, especially after dark. The room was more then we expected as it was a studio room, i.e. it had a small fully stocked kitchen in the room. You only needed to bring the food. Easy to control heating and cooling and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

My husband and I recently spent the weekend at Staybridge in Chattanooga for our anniversary. We were greated by very friendly staff at the check-in desk. The manager overheard that we were there for our anniversary and he offered to upgrade our room at no charge........The room was very clean and very nice!!! Our overall stay was great and we will stay there again. Great location. Very convenient to Hamilton Place Mall and great places to eat. Our only dissapointments were the size of the indoor pool and the air conditioner in our room was very loud.

My husband and I stayed here while traveling through Chattanooga on our honeymoon. We had originally booked another hotel for the nights coming back through town, but after staying here we cancelled that reservation and came back to this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we even asked for a discounted rate and got it. Suite was completely clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, extra pillows were a plus! Only problem we had was lack of extra towels on the first trip - due to a ball tournament, and the staff was quick to try to help. However on the way back we didn't have this problem. It's close to shopping, restraunts, etc.. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites on Shallowford Road, and boy was it a pleasent surprise. I had never heard of Staybridge before (I now know it's an upscale Holiday Inn product) and man where we blown away. We got a two bedroom suite and it was seriously huge, they had a computer room on the main fllor, a fitness center, free laundry, a heated indoor pool and the free breakfast was HUGE. Did I mention it was the cleanest hotel I've ever been in in my life? The general manager spoke with my wife and I daily, he even suggested spots that we could take the kids on family adventures. Honestly, at twice the price it would have been a deal. J.M.

Great area with fabulous shopping nearby. Not applicable. This hotel was in a great area with lots of dining places in short distances. I felt safe to be outside there at night. The overall appearance of the hotel was remarkable. The people were very friendly and eager to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice room, plenty of parking spaces, very clean and neat quiet prime location. Liked everything. I would highly recommend this hotel. We traveled with 2 kids and we were all very comfortable and it met all of our needs.

Beautifully decorated. Shabby construction. This hotel is brand new. The hotel seemed to be put together on a budget or time restraints. The bathroom in particular, had a cheap shower head, and the shower walls were too short, so they just filled it with caulking. There were still pencil marks on the walls where they hung the towel racks. It was beautifully decorated so we thought the rest would be great too. Breakfast was inundated by little leaguers, so there was nothing left. They came in like buzzards and ate everything, there wasn't even coffee! Not necessary the hotels fault, but it's still annoying. I had three children under 5 and it was great for them. I loved that it was near the mall and the freeway.
