Very comfortable room. It was not made clear to us on registration that cleaning services had to be requested. Comfortable stay but make sure you request clean up services.

I had never stayed at a Staybridge hotel but my company suggested it as it was close to where I needed to be. The room was like a little apartment and alot more spacious then your tiny hotel room that most hotels have. There was a full kitchen in my room so it was very convenient to heat up and cool food. The staff was very friendly and seemed to take real pride in their beautiful hotel. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Guelph.

Upscale decor, free breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet staff was not particularly friendly. Front desk staff could have been friendlier and more knowledgeable.

It is clean, quiet and has friendly staffs. Our room was not ready when we check-in at 3pm. We understood that it was busy on Fridays.

I like the small cooking area, with a big fridge, microwave, stove top and all kinds of cooking wares. A smoking room was assigned to me. I hope there is choice. This is a very new or updated suites Inn. I am very impressed.

It was really clean and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was unavailable and not too friendly. We went for the weekend and the room was very nice and comfy. The hotel staff didn't leave a good impression. In fact we were the first ones there and by the time someone came out there was 3 couples waiting.No real concern for the quality of our stay. Pleasant manner needs serious work.

Cleanliness and the breakfast bar. It was missing a drain plug in the bath tub. The hotel exceeded our expectations, it was extremely clean, staff was friendly and the dinner and breakfast bar were very good. Would stay here again.

Helpful friendly front desk staff. Distance from downtown Guelph. A very adequate 2.5 star hotel with mini store for conveniences. Nice that there was a full kitchen in each room, but not needed for this trip, but good to know for future stays. Rooms had only one queen bed, (not sure if larger rooms exist). Will stay here again.

Free food was provided for three nights during the week. This was a great experience for me. I enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler. It has changed my mind about where I will stay next time.

The room was fantastic. The mini kitchen was brilliant! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was to die for. Waffles! The water tasted a little funny.
