The Staybridge Suites is conveniently located downtown. Close to the Aquarium, UTC, RiverWalk, etc. The room was very nice and clean. I liked having a sitting room separate from the bedroom.

Customer service and the breakfast buffet was great. We were in a smoking room which my daughter has asthma and they moved us no problem. It was like 11 blocks from where we were going, with small children it was hard to walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I made my reservation 2 months in advance yet did not get what I reserved. We wanted a King suite but ended up with a queen suite. When we complained they said "Sorry, no King available tonight." Strange. My reservation was for a King suite. It said King suite on my reservation confirmation. You can't trust them, therefore I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Actually, I thought I was paying a little extra than I usually do when I go for my continuing education seminars. However, this stay really saved me time and money! The location was great. I walked out the hotel door, crossed a low traffic street and walked right into the Convention Center. Also, it was convenient for my travel partner who was not there for business. The FREE trolley was right there and she was able to safely explore Chattanooga's many tourist sites without paying for parking or experiencing the I-don't-know-where-I-am frustration of driving in a new town. The breakfsst was different daily with eggs and wraps and bacon, sausage, fresh, from scratch biscuits, etc as well as staples of fruits, boiled eggs, waffles to make and oatmeal. They also offered On the Go breakfast bags with fruit, bottled water and a muffin, which sure came in handy for the breaks during my seminar. And THREE DAYS a WEEK they provide an evening reception--we were there one of those evenings and they provided hotwings, the fixin's and yes, even beer. Oh, and the rooms were great! Very comfortable and stocked like a little apartment, included a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Perfectly arranged for leisure or study and the beds were phenomenal. I think they have the Keebler elves as housekeepers, cause I never saw them nor heard them but when I'd return to the room, everything tidy, clean, fresh towels--even felt as if the room had been blessed! After each day of class I enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub to relax and refresh my brain. I was impressed by the accommodations and cleanliness--the weight room too was well supplied and clean, as was the laundry room. All the staff I encountered were smiling and professional and welcoming. It was a great stay and I hope to go back!

Room was nice, high quality bedding, and great breakfast! This was downtown Chatanooga with close access to the highway. Having a kitchen was handy. Breakfast included many choices including eggs, bacon, belgium waffles, fruit and other items. The lobby area was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for business and family as well as for couples.

We loved the rooms because we had all the ammenties of being home. we had bedroom,bath,living room and kitchen area.very cozy and homely feeling.

The hot breakfast buffet was great. Not romantic, but very appropriate for families and business travelers. With it's high speed internet connection and full kitchen in each room, this hotel would be good for business travelers or for small families. I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.

The hotel is located within walking distance of public transportation. The staff was helpful. The gym, pool and laundry area were nice features of this style of hotel. The suites were large, clean and well appointed. The breakfast area was too small for the capacity of the hotel. We waited repeatedly for the staff to replenish the breakfast bar and they ran out of some items quickly. The elevators were tucked into the corner and made access difficult and did not support a surge in customers

The room arrangement was perfect for either a short or long stay. Even with a kitchen and sitting area, the room did not feel like a cold, unwelcoming extended stay hotel; it had a very comfortable feel. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet some of our very specific needs. I expected the hotel to be within walking distance of downtown attractions--it would have been a long walk, but it was convenient by car.

Parking was gated. I wouldn't say it was downtown. The room was very crowded and smelled like smoke. Our comforter had a cigarette burn on it - and there was ash trays all around the room. There was lots of noise during the night; people and dogs.

The rooms was nice size and clean. We did have one issue where we had requested a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. We complained immediately, and they happily admitted the error and provided us what we had reserved. The area is somewhat questionable, and it made us a little nervous to be out with our family, especially at night walking the dogs. I might try this chain again, but not this location.

It was like being at home because everything I needed was at my fingertips. I liked everything. It was very clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. All of the attendants were very friendly and eager to help with whatever I needed. My refrigerator was not getting cold in my room and they immediately moved me to another room with no questions asked. I would love to stay there again without my grandkids.

Was clean, nice, and quiet! Ease of use and access. Attention to detail and anticipation of traveler's needs. Ear infection from pool, which seemed very clean at the time. DVD player did not work as indicated by instructions. We enjoyed the ease of use here. Easy to find off the highway, easy to park, easy to get to elevators after checking in, easy using the pool facilities, easy asking for extra towels after the pool, easy convenience store, easy serve breakfast buffet, easy to use objects in the suite kitchen. All just easy, and that is a welcome alternative compared with others. Overall an excellent and uncomplicated experience.

The windows in the room opened to allow fresh air. Low end hotel, no counter space in the bathroom, my bill at check-out was incorrect, and no water pressure in the shower.

Get breakfast, shower, and amenities. Slowelevator. This was a great hotel to stay in for extended periods or a short time.Great friendly staff. Very welcoming and great breakfast.
