My husband and I used this hotel as a base for 7 days to vacation in the Miami area. We found it perfect with friendly, helplful staff, a top notch business center, and centralied location. The food served at breakfast and Tues. thru Thurs. complimentary "Happy Hour" was of the best quality and plentiful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing. Dirty, rude staff, not worth of 3 star level. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I won't be doing Priceline again for 3-star hotels.

The staybridge suites was very clean and had very good ameneties.The only problem I found was the airconditioning was loud I would recomend this hotel to business or family travelers.

Front desk staff was went over and above helping us with special needs. Vanity and Kitchenette could use updating.

We were given two rooms on the same floor at opposite ends of the hall. The hotel was very clean and accomodating and it felt like a home away from home and not like being in a hotel room. I also noticed a cigarette smell coming from a vent from another room and within minutes of complaining they came in and ran a machine that eliminated the odor and it left the hotel room smelling very pleasant.

I thought the reception they served on weeknights was great. So was the breakfast buffet. The beds were uncomfortable, and it was a bit far from downtown. This is a great hotel if you are looking for somewhere for a great price while in Miami. It is nothing fancy, but the rooms were fine. The breakfast buffet was good. The reception hosted in the lobby on weeknights was a nice treat.

Location to airport and restaurants/movie theater. A Little outdated, but very clean. Just needed a cheap and clean place to stay overnight before our early morning flight out of Miami. The lobby was very nice and if you need a full size fridge and microwave, the room has a kitchen area.

Hard to find, not on GPS, entrance hidden, no sign. Clean, lacking in sheets for pull out couch and extra towels. Breakfast buffet consisted me cooking waffles for my family, not sure that was user friendly, hotel staff should be cooking.

It was clean, which is always very important. The pool was completely shaded by the buildings at all hours, the air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust to the right temperature. Very family friendly and great for business travelers who are staying in the area for any length of time, since there are kitchenettes in each room its great for long term stays also.

Big, clean room, excellent breakfast service included. Shuttle was late, had to take a cab, longer distance to airport. Great room for the money. Shuttle was late and caught by a train. Had to take a cab but was reimbursed.
