This was our second trip to Staybridge in Dublin. We have friends in Columbus and travel at least 1-2 times a year to visit. This trip we took our 3 year old to the Zoo and planned a Zoombieze Bay day (but due to the weather we spent our Zoombieze Bay day at Dave and Buster's!!!). Each time we stay at the Staybrige, our friends come over to visit us (instead of us going to their homes)... we love to hang out in the courtyard by the pool and the rooms are spacious enough to have friends stop by for a visit! You couldn't ask for a better location that is safe, clean, perfectly located near a great mall , shopping plaza and restaraunts. We are very comfortable at the Staybridge and we love Columbus! We call this our 1 tank trip, Home away from Home!

I prepaid more than one month in advance which was charged to my account through a on line travel website. We checked in and generally had a nice stay. We did not authorize any charge while there. I tried to use my credit card and it was refused in front of my relatives which was embarrassing. I found out this morning that the hotel held the entire purchase price again when we checked in, even though the entire amount had been prepaid in full. This a an unauthorized charge. The person at the desk today,was extremely unhelpful saying "well, it's not my fault. I didn't check you in" Then," Well we have to do that to get paid." There should be no further charges to an account when they are prepaid in full. We had this trouble 2 years ago when we stayed there but that clerk straightened it out before we left. I will never prepay through this company again since your staff have messed it up both times. I am post this warning on line in the travel websites so that others are warned of their practices.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and I can't rave enough. We had a Kg NS suite that was just beautiful with a full kitchen for $*/night. Pool was beautiful and warm inside. Customer Service went out of their way to be helpful and there is a "hot" breakfast included every morning. I've stayed in most chains with frequent business travel but this was my first Staybridge and I will be back.

I love the location and the rooms were very nice and clean. However, the rooms are quite small, too much furniture, and the armoire was probably not needed for the t.v. It just added to the smallness and clutter the room had. I expected it to be bigger. Also, I tried to hook my portable DVD player to the t.v. and they had to have maintenance unlock something for it to work. And, once you turn the t.v. off it needs to be unlocked again so the t.v. or DVD player has to remain on...

Too many kids. Couldn't get into pool or sauna. Very hard to find. Had to call hotel twice. Went in circles twice. Breakfast was good. Air was horrible. Couldn't hardly stand it in the room. Too hot. All the food they sold that you could prepare in your room was chinese or Japanese.

The staff and management have a right to be proud. Our family had a blast and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We will always look for a Staybridge when we travel in the future!

Everything was almost perfect except that the breakfast was not as good as we expected from the beautiful & at-home taste lobby. Also, amenities such as shampoo and rince are too little for a few people to use. But we loved waffle towls and a large closet!
