Good value. Breakfast was almost compatible with the higher-priced Hilton Garden Inn. Recreation area was a nice touch, with basketball court, pool, and gas grills for guest use. Rooms are nicely sized, and the kitchennet has all the essentials for everything short of a gourmet meal. However, the staff does have some room for improvement. Even when there are guests at the registration counter, the clerks would be "doing their own thing" (chat, blackberry, whatnot) until service is requested. Not un-friendly per se, but typically the staff should ask if you need help without being prompted.

Room comfortable & homey. Reported phone & TV volume not working in AM but wasn't addressed by 2 PM checkout. Rooms very homelike in appearance and comfort. On site Mini-market available for snacks, & microwaveable meals. Complimentary breakfast & evening appetizers nice touch. Good value for the money.

We take an annual pilgrimage to Boston each year at Christmas time for shopping and entertainment. We actually went to the wrong hotel first and had to be directed to the Staybridge Suites. We were thrilled to find a much more inviting enrivronment upon our arrival at the Staybridge Suites. We were greeted by a fire in the fireplace, a basket of cookies on the counter and love ly Christmas decorations. Our entire stay was very nice. Comfy beds, good coffee, breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. The only difficulty we had was finding it! Directions should include landmarks since the original turn onto the road to the left where the place is located is very easy to drive past and at an odd angle. Perhaps saying one should turn to the left after Tweeters and before Mr. Tux would be helpful! Also, once on the road, it is somewhat back off the road and could easily be missed. Better signage might also help. Our suite was wonderful with the exception of something on the ceiling in the main living space. It appeared to be specs of blood, but may have been some red wine, although how it got up there is hard to determine. I have to honestly say that we didn't inform anyone about it and with the quality of the staff and other amenities I'm sure someone would have cleaned it up if we had. Our bad. Overlooking the difficulty finding it and the stains on the ceiling it was a great experience. Close to the Burlington and other Malls as well as an easy drive to the Alewife Subway Station. All well worth it!

Stayed here a couple nights in October 08. Wanted to be close to Salem & Boston. Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay for an excellent price and I travel often. The 4 C's - Clean, comfortable, courteous, and convenience. They're off the main road and set back. They should have a big sign saying, "We're here," because they have nothing to hide.

Great place to stay. VERY good value for the money. Only 15 minutes to downtown. Shops nearby and plenty of restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Next time I am in Boston, we are staying here.

Breakfast. Room size and privacy. Our 2 rooms were not adjacent. This hotel exceeded our expectations for comfort and privacy. The breakfast was great. The outdoor grill was a special bonus.

"The suite was very nice and I'd happily stay there again. They had a nice breakfast buffet with eggs, meat, and waffles in addition to cold offerings. Tues-Thurs they also had a good supper buffet."

The hotel is quite clean. Although it's quite far from Boston or Cambridge, it's right off the highway. It's also near shopping center, restaurants, etc. So it's quite convenient. If you don't have a GPS, it's very hard to find.

Spacious, clean rooms. This hotel was great, the private bedrooms, with bath was perfect for our people, the breakfast was very good, and best of all, check out was at 12 noon! Much more convenient than other places that have earlier times.

I have grown really fond of this type of hotel. Hyatt place and Staybridge Suites both have a nice complete package. Clean room, breakfast, free internet. Great place for families.

"We had an excellent stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only dissapointment was the fitness room which was too small and had limited equipment as well as being in the same room as the laundry facilities. Rooms kept clean and were spacious. Excellent deal for the money. We would stay there again. Near to restaurants and shopping mall. Shuttle service ok, could be a little better."

Staybridge Suites BOSTON-BURLINGTON, Burlington, Massachusetts, is Home away from Home. Very affectionate staff will make your tiredness disappear with their magic smile and kind consideration. First time ever in my lifetime I came across staff who decided to do something for some one who was offered Studio Apartment for 4 Adults and offered 2 Bedroom Apts. Complimentary breakfast is more like brunch close to lunch with lot of variety. Last but not the least, cleanliness, tifyness and beds sooooooo comfortable, you feel like sleep long.

We loved the place. It is well located, right by the Highway and close to Boston without having to pay a high price for the hotel. The place was very clean and breakfast was perfect with a lot of choices for every one (bagel, toast, muffin, cereals, Juices, eggs, fruits and great coffee) -- I Highly recommande the place.

Suite layout with full kitchen, privacy door bet rooms. We had 2 rooms, and were not put together. Overall, we loved our stay at Staybridge. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the staff was accommodating, the breakfast superb. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Very clean, neat place to stay. Rooms were very comfortable. We preferred 1 bedroom option, and my son slept on the couch which was comfortable. Although the hotel is somewhat outside of Boston, I would still declare the location as very convenient. We drove to Alewife subway station (about 12 min drive) and parked there, and took subway to the city. Next time when we visit Boston, I would choose this hotel again.
