I liked the desk area. Would liked to have two chairs, but seating was OK. The bathroom area was great. Room was very clean. Enough pillows were on the bed. Bed was very comfortable.Over all stay was excellent

Staybridge suites BWI. Wonderful, friendly service. Hotel clean and food was great. Breakfast buffet more like full service meal. Had a wonderful stay. It was truly a pleasure. Would rate this hotel 5 stars.

Beware pet owners! Although somewhere in fine print they say they list the pet policy as a 100 NON-refundable fee per pet per stay, it is not clear through their Priority Club Member website. We were shocked when we arrived and were told that it would cost us 200 for our 2 small dogs to stay in the room with us...MUCH more than the cost of the room for our family of four, and we only stayed one night. Since we arrived from the airport late, we had no choice but to pay their very high fee. So the one night stay that should have cost us only 173 USD, ended up costing us 373 USD. The most I EVER paid in non-refundable fees in the best of hotels in Europe was 25 Euros. This hotel was certainly not even close to those standards. On top of the pet problems, the toilet handle was broken, the shower only had a trickle of water, and there was quite alot of noise from outside.

this place was much better than i expected. it might be becuase the location right next to the Marriott. The room was clean and cozy in some what. it had own kitchen with microwave/stove. it also had flat screen tv about 27. The bed was very comfortable too. The hotel had a business room that had two computers and internet. Available to everyone. Only thing i was disappointed was the staff members. The girl who took care of me to check in had little attitute problem. But overall, everything was good.

Clean, friendly staff, free laundry and good breakfast variety. Dining area was too small. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel was better than 4 star hotels we stayed in during this same vacation. It was very clean every corner of the hotel and attractively decorated. It offers free laundry facility which was great for me since we were on vacation with children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

5 star rating! Not your run of the mill hotel. Spacious, attractive, clean, well situated and an easy trip to the City. Breakfast buffet was more than the usual breakfast fare. Just a reallygreat place to stay run by very accomodating, friendly people.

The staff was very friendly, and the free shuttle was great. The room was clean. The pool is not very big. I would definitely recommend this hotel or stay again. The breakfast was pretty good. The 'convenient store' held all I could need for basic necessities, and the staff was great. They would bring us to the airport and light rail station. It isn't the fanciest, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. The only two complaints I have is that the pool is not very big at all, and while you get an LCD, there is no HD feed to the TVs.

Very freindly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our room had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a 32" flat-panel TV. It also had a small sofa, desk and desk chair. Continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, etc. It was less than 15 minutes from Inner Harbor. My wife wants to go back next weekend!

Surprisingly good-clean, attentive staff, good amenities. No indoor pool for kids. Went into this with an open mind and could not have been more satisfied. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean, new and comfortable and there was not only a buffet breakfast (makes things easy for me) but coffee and cookies throughout the day. Awesome! The lobby fireplace was a nice touch.

This is a great place for business trips lasting a few days. Our room had a kitchen with a fridge, sink and dishes- very much like home. It also works for a quick stop before going to the airport. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the free shuttle was very helpful. Really nice place with good rates and great staff.

The friendly staff the breakfast buffet and the comfort to the room. I would stay here again I have already recommended other people who have stayed there as well and they loved it. The staff was great, the buffet was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and beautiful, will only stay here when I'm in town again.

Very clean. The person attending the breakfast area was too eager to shut the place down. My daughter and I stayed here because the electricity wasn't turned on in her apartment yet. We relaxed at the pool for a few hours in the afternoon, went shopping and out to eat, then enjoyed the roomy suite with very comfortable double beds, a DVD on the plasma TV, a great night sleep, and a satisfying breakfast the next morning. All for an extremely reasonable price.

Large room, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Parking not so easy to acess hotel. Great hotel in BWI area, full kitchen, and flat screen TV, awesome free breakfast buffet. Recommend for long term business or family travel.
