Great value! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was a real surprise - large selection of hot and cold entrees. Enjoyed the pool and the staff was very friendly. Will now be our home when in Charlotte!

The hotel's "extras" really add up to a great and economincal stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet and evening "sundowner" provided excellent meals with happy employees ready to help. The hotel also has a complimentary library with books and movies free of charge and a free business station with printer. Not luxurious - but perfect for quick, convenient travel.

My family and I have stayed at this particular hotel twice now while vacationing in the Charlotte area. It is in a great location, not too far from attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the staff was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to insure the needs of not only me but others who were staying at the hotel were met in a professional, courteous manner. The hotel was booked, but I never had to wait for services, questions to be answered, or just a friendly greeting. Plan to stay with Staybridge again when we return to Charlotte.

The check in was very quick--less than five minutes and this was on a Saturday night. The looby was so clean and everything was well organized. Being that the building was so big, they made sure that they had multiple entrances/exits. Our room was so lovely, I wish that we could have stayed longer than a day. The kitchen was nice and clean and was stocked with pretty much all the basic utensils that you would probably have in your kitchen. The living room had a DVD/VCR, couch, club seat and table for four. The beds were unbelievable; I wish I could be as comfortable in my bed at home. The beds had a nice balance of firmness and softness; there was a blanket and what seemed like a down comforter on the beds--it wasn't like those flimsy comforters at other hotels--no offense. The closets had shelf space and a laundry basket in the master bedroom. Both bedrooms and the living room had a nice sized window which looked out onto the outside amenities--pool, basketball court, et al. There was ample parking all around the building and it was handicap accessible. They had coffee and tea station in the lobby. For my family and I, we felt very comfortable being away from our home, which is in Jersey. My father was telling nearly everyone about how nice the hotel and suite were, which is rare. I'm so glad I picked this hotel and whenever we or I decide to go back to Charlotte I will definitely book a room with this hotel again.

Staff and the extras they offered. Nothing comes to mind. Over all a pleasant experience. I would definately stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Our recent stay was a wonderful experience. Clean, quiet rooms well furnished with amenities (Refrig., Microwave, Pull out Sofa Bed, Large rooms with sitting area), and the most elaborate breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. My daughters and I enjoyed the exercise machines while simultaneously drying our wet laundry from a day at Carowinds and Boomerang Bay! Will Definitely Return when in Charlotte, NC.

Home away from home...2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 vanity areas, a kitchen, living room, 3 televisions, swimming pool. FRIENDLY n INFORMATIVE staff...what else could you ask for. Wait...don't forget the 24hour store in the lobby AND fireplace... Definitely coming back!

The room layout was nice and the breakfast buffet was great. We reserved a King room and got a Queen. Our room was clean and had everything we might need. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially liked that they had a movie library that you could check out DVDs from for free, to take back to your room. It was really close to Carowinds and we had a great time.

When we were finally able to check into our room, they gave us a room that was not cleaned. The bed was unmade, the trash was not taken out, and the bathroom was not cleaned. We had requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The cigarette butts were still in the astray. The staff is very friendly. The inside of the building is very nice. We only stayed one night but it was alright.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was well cleaned. The location of the hotel was near Starbucks and Jack in teh box. The hotel had great breakfast and bags to take breakfast on the go. The hotel staff was great and friendly in assisting in our needs. I would recommend this hotel to honeymooners or those who would need a great resting stop during travel.

The room was very spacious and clean! Nothing. This hotel exceeded my expectations! I will definitely recommend to friends. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty! I will always try to stay in stay bridge suites when I travel!

The staff at the hotel were always there to help us. A guy was extremely courteous and friendly.I ask him for the schedule of activities while he was vacumming the hallways, and he went out of his way to find me one. The management seems to be on top of things also.

This hotel was very close to Carrowinds, which was convenient. The room was large with nice appliances. The breakfast buffet was great. Our main complaint is that there was no cleaning service, coffee packs, clean towels, new soap etc. after the first night we came, unless you called to have special service by 5 P.M. Friday. We didn't arrive until almost midnight on Friday, when we discovered this. I never heard of a hotel that didn't clean, etc. on weekends.

The check in time on the room was 3:00 pm. I called to see if I could check in early and was told that I could check in at 2:30 pm. The room was not ready until 4:00 and once in the room the cleaning supplies were left in the room and a light was out in the bedrooom. Also the couch had holes in it and the pull out sofa bed mattress had the box spings showing.
