I?ve order a crib as I was checking in and at the time that I was walking to my room, the crib was there. The staff is very friendly and the best is that they have and imediete response to your requests. Another thing they have free beers and snacks I think thusday to thursday.

Lobby area and outdoor patio was nice. Free wireless and newspapers were a real plus. In the hallway and room there was a smell that was a little sour, similar to some holiday inns we've stayed in (may be the cleaning solution used.) Wonderful place for business or family travel. It was nice not to have to shell out extra money for internet, newspaper, or light breakfast. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly and professional.

Was one of the best we stayed in, in Texas. Front desk went out of their way to for us our family plus our pet. Room was very clean. We had suite that was great size for the 5 of us. Breakfast was good. Ususally always stay at Homewood Suites when we need a 2- bedroom but this staybridge surpassed the homewood's suites completely. Highly recommend you stay here if in Austin.

Very clean and spacious. Grounds were beautiful. The mattresses were a little hard, but I'm used to my Tempurpedic at home, so probably any mattress wouldn't have suited me.

"The Staybridge was a very nice hotel. Everything was ready and clean upon arrival. TVs, stove, fridge, etc. all were clean and in good working order. Service was good. Bed was very soft and caused some back aches, but others might find the bed comfortable. Glad they had ""smoking"" rooms available."

Staff is engaged and very friendly. Rooms are clean and quite well-appointed. Daily continental breakfast goes above and beyond expectations. Travellers could not go wrong with this Staybridge location.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Smoke smell on our floor was overwhelming. I am very surprised that they allow smoking in this Austin hotel. The floor we were on allowed smoking in some rooms and the smoke smell was very strong as soon as we stepped off of elevator. Our air conditioning did not work properly & it cycled on every few minutes even though we set it to stay on. We were told that there were no rooms to move us to.

The room had a kitchen, pull out bed in the sitting room and a spacious bedroom. The waffle maker was out of order and we love to make waffles on trips. The staff was very helpful and professional and eager to help. The workout room had a TV, fan, and a variety of equipment. The hotel had free washers and dryers. They did everything to make our stay perfect.

Convenient location, good breakfast buffet. We like the Staybridge. We've stayed there before. The outdoor pool is heated (although we didn't let our son swim this trip) and my husband loves the basketball court, even though it isn't level. The breakfast buffet was great. It was located convenient to shopping and dining. We did have one complaint. The shower head was stuck on a massaging setting. I like a massaging shower head as much as the next person, but it doesn't do much to get the soap off! My husband says he'd stay there again, though, despite having had to spend a restless night on a too-small couch.
