We had a great vacation the shuttle service was not great but that was not thier fault.

I really liked the breakfast buffet. The place is a little more beat up than what I expected for a 3 star. I was upset because of smoking room. I immediately went downstairs and was told that I could not change to another room. So I did not like staying in a room that smelled like smoke. I went down the next morning and the manager immediately arranged for me to change to a non smoking room. They were very courteous about it. I only wish I could have stayed in a non smoking room both nights.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a one bedroom suite with two queen beds. We have two young kids and prefer suites for the extra room and escape factor. The room had a kitchenette and a tv/sitting area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom. It was large, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ordered room service and our food was very good. The breakfast buffet was much better than the average hotel breakfast - many hot and cold options. The pool is large but not fancy. There is a happy hour and a large seating area off of the lobby. The disney shuttle is just outside the front door. I booked the room through the hotel site and got a cheaper rate then going through another site. They also give AAA discounts. We would stay here again. Great for a family. We also stayed at the Best Western Raffles hotel nearby, which was smelly and had a very odd layout. This hotel was MUCH better and cost the same amount.

6 of us stayed in their 2 BR, 2 bath suite. We did notice that the rugs were dirty - BUT there were signs saying they were scheduled for cleaning that week and afterwards they looked much better. The free breakfast alone is a major consideration - eggs, a different meat every day, plus cereal, juice, breads, etc. The staff is pleasant and the kids loved the pool. They have safe-deposit boxes at desk but no safe in room. We had no complaints with 'light touch' housekeeping as all we really wanted were made beds, more towels, etc - and we had plenty of soap. This is our third stay here and I recommend it to others. Because it is on the ART line, getting to Disneyland is a breeze. HOWEVER, if you don't have a car, this is not a good hotel for you because it does not have a restaurant (there is one at the ONLY hotel next door) and there are no other restaurants, convenience stores, etc within walking distance. Staff is really nice and goes the extra mile for you.

We went to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Sea World, and the Wild Animal Park. The hotel staff was great and helpful with directions. We were only about a mile from Disneyland and didn't mind finding parking. We loved the kitchen provided in the hotel room (saved a lot on fast food). We would definately stay here again for another trip to Disneyland. The breakfasts were great with an excellent variety to choose from. I would highly reccomend this hotel who is traveling with more than 4 people. We went with 7 and had a blast!!!!

Nice room, good choices of food for breakfast. Inconvenience of having fire alarms going off.Wasn't staff's fault, but this was annoying & screamingly loud. Convenient location, helpful staff, but the lights/fire alarm going off wasn't good. This was due to leak in laundry room, setting off alarms.

The place is absolutely filthy. The hallways on our floor had alot of various pieces of garbage. Our room was at the end of the hallway and there was a bunch of what looked like what would come out of a vacuum bag all over the floor. The daily housekeeping was called ""light touch"". They make the bed (don't change sheets), fresh towels, and empty your garbage. No fresh soap, vacuuming, picking up. One positive I found at this hotel was the free breakfast. Our next trip will definitely be booked elsewhere.

Good mourning breakfast for free.Helpful friendly staff.Wish it was closer to Disneyland about 1 1/2 miles away but for a fee the bus wasn't to bad to take back and forth.Real close about 2 blocks to the Grayline bus depot that can take you to all the attraction like Sea World,Universal Studio, and so on. There only draw back was just one restaurant in this location, but the food was good.If you want to be able to go back and forth to Disneyland by walking this is not the Hotel for you, but it was a very nice place to stay.

My family recently stayed at the Staybridge for four nights while we visited Disneyland. My wife and I have four small children, so we got a one bedroom suite, which was large enough for the six of us. We enjoyed having a kitchen as we were able to save money and hassle by making some our our own dinners. The free breakfast is very good, with waffels, eggs, sausage, pastries and all kinds of drinks. The wednesday night BBQ was also very nice. My only complaint is with the shuttle service, which is actualy not operated by Staybridge, but was always crowded and often late, so next time we'll just stay here and drive our own car to Disneyland, as you can come and go from the Disney garage for one daily price. Also it was easter weekend so maybe the shuttle is not always so busy. All things considered we loved this hotel and plan to return in the fall.

This hotel is far away from anyplace remotely close and only by transit. There was not a convience store or anything we could go to for any essencials we were needing. IF a person rented a car it would probably be o.k.to stay there. There were no cars to be rented the week we were there. The staff at the hotel were not friendly and the housekeeping only came to our room 2 times in the 6 nights we were there and we had to ask for towels nearly every day. The continental breakfast was so so but nothing great. All in all, we did not enjoy the location of this hotel or the hospitality we received. We would not stay there again. The definition of a suite is not that! It is a hotel room with a sink and refrgerator and stove and microwave all basicaly in the same surroundings. A suite to me is seperate quarters not all in one place.

It was within minutes to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and within a half hour to Newport Beach! Very helpful hotel staff, very friendly and courteous. The in-house market was completely stocked with last minute food and essentials. We even did our laundry there for free! The hot breakfast in the morning was great too! We will definately stay again!

First of all, at check-in the hotel rep was not very efficient with getting us to our rooms. It took her several attempts to load the incidentals amount on my credit card. Check in time was approximately 15 mins and she never apologized for the inconvenience. My family and I were down in the Anaheim area to enjoy the Disneyland Adventure, upon request to get a copy or brochure of the shuttle service provided to the park which is service provided through the hotel, my request was never fulfilled. I also inquired if there was a fee associated with the shuttle service. I received the correct information about the cost of $3.00 per person, but thry lacked to inform me that in order to use the service, money had to be put in a vending mac hine which dispensed shuttle passes. This was the only way to actually get the service, drivers don't take cash or have credit card swipes. Wihout this valuable piece of information we almost missed out on getting a ride on the shuttle. We lost money in the card dispenser because the shuttle was ready to depart and we couldn't get the machine to dispense the proper amount of cards, so in our haste we had to feed more money than required to get the desired cards. The machine had enough money for six cards but dispensed only 4. It was a bit of a nightmare and am not looking forward to utilizing this hotel ever again and if so it would be my last choice of hotels.

Large rooms. Fire alarm went off at 1am for an hour. The rooms were great for an economy place. No complaints about the facilities. The fire alarm went off at 1:00am until 2:30am. I left my information because the guy at the front desk said we may get a free night's stay out of it.

We took a family trip with two children (11 and 6), and found this to be an ideal hotel for our trip. The room looked brand new, was extremely clean, and was a very roomy two room suite. The free breakfast was of very good quality, with lots of choices for hot food, and a large enough selection that everyone was able to find something that they liked. Unlike some other hotels, there was free wireless internet access which made researching our activities before we left very easy. Some hotels are charging around 10 or more a day for internet. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating, and they were eager to help when we needed assistance with a minor problem (remote control not working). The location is fairly far south of Downtown L.A., so not a great place if you plan on doing things there because of the traffic you have to contend with if you're trying to go north. However, for Anaheim attractions, and going to San Diego, it was a perfect location. Overall, this was a quality hotel, as nice as many much more expensive chains I've stayed at in the past. I would highly recommend it!!

Location and breakfast. Old, dirty, poor service, poor house keeping, and alarm went off multiple times. The alarm with loud ringing and flashing lights in each room went off multiple times one evening and in the middle of the night with no apology or compensation from the staff.

The Staybridge Suites ANNAHEIM-RESORT AREA was very spacious and comfortable for our family, with plenty of storage space for our luggage and drawers for our toiletries in the bathroom vanity. We liked the fact that there was a kitchen area and that there were T.V.'s in the bedroom area, as well as the sitting area. We really appreciated the free, 24 hour laundromat that was provided. The breakfast buffet was perfect for us....plenty of options and variety. The location was very good as we were spending our 3 days at Disneyland. The only issue we had was the front desk staff.

They let us check in early and our room was on top floor. The location on a one way street. The suite was great. Room was clean and most amenities were very modern. No problems whatsover with our stay. Plenty of parking, and the staff was very nice.
