Staff went out of their way to be helpful. I needed to send a Fax and they were very helpful. Excellent laundry facilities and fitness room. Clean, well-kept property. Only negative is there needs to be a little more room in front of sofabed when it is opened.

2 bedroom suite - great when travleling with another couple. No towels at pool went asked for some they gave us hand towels. It is what I hope it would be clean/private and close to our itinary.

The staff was pleasant and professional. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very handy, as was the computer downstairs available for guests. The breakfast was good - make you own waffles, other hot items, fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt...and the coffee was good! They forgot sheets for the sofa bed but provided them immediately when asked. Only minor criticism - we were in a 1 bedroom suite, and the bathroom is off of the bedroom, so someone using the sofabed must go through the bedroom to use it. Also, some people might want room darkening shades.

It was so comfortable and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't stay a day or two longer, absolutely nothing bad about it. When traveling and need a break you couldn't pick a better place to stop and stay a night a day or a week it was one of those places you could just stop take your shoes off and feel at home.

This a fairly new hotel convenient to the airport. The breakfast was fair the omlets were like rubber and they were slow refilling the bkfst bar. The staff was helpul and friendly. I would stay here again.

Suite was fantastic, breakfast was plentiful and free. Pool was small and in the shade. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting convenience to airport, but Savannah was easy to reach.

Attractive design. No housekeeping on the weekend! My room was not cleaned during the stay.When I asked for clean towels it was two hours.

Room was actually a nice condo - good hot breakfast. Room was not straightened for the second day. My room was actually an extended stay condo containing two HD TVs and two DVR's.

Free laundry facilities were great! Dishes were handy when we ordered take out. Iwish there was a hot tub, no dining table despite awesome kitchen. Great hotel for family or individuals. Upscale rooms with the comforts of home - including kitchen, complete with dishes/pots and pans, free landry facilities downstairs. The layout of the suites with the kitchen not visible from the bed and bath area allow the home - like elements not to take away from romantic or relaxing feel of room.

Nice hot buffet breakfast. Nice lobby area. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Linens were clean and comfortable, but were not crisp. Good for the price. Bathrooms were clean and small with sink outside the bathroom. No connecting rooms. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a good variety of hot and cold buffet style selections. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove - along with kitchen items like plates and cups etc. The drain in the bath tub was a little clogged so there was standing water as I showered. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. In the morning there was an excellent breakfast buffet, which included scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, yogurt, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, and make your own Belgian waffles. The cost of the buffet was included in the room price.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. AC was not great in room. Very good hotel, value priced. About a twelve minute drive to the historic section of Savannah.
