From the time I walked into the Hotel I could tell I would enjoy my stay. It was quiet and clean. Lots of room and the ammenities were great. Everything was well laid out and makes you feel at home.

The room was very comfortable. For my destination the location was a little far. The room was beautiful. The view was great. The lobby was attractive. The continental breakfast and meals were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a studio suite which is basically one large room with a couch, desk, and kitchenette (fridge; pots, pans, and dishes; microwave; dishwasher; sink) in addition to the bed and bathroom. It was comfortable. I had a meeting on Friday and another on Monday, so I stayed the weekend. King Supers was just down the road, so I was able to get microwave meals and drinks. There's also a TGI Fridays, Outback steakhouse, and Hooters right across the street--walking distance. This place is exactly what I look for in a hotel when I'm traveling. It's clean, it's safe, and it's convenient to things (restaurants, groceries, and the main highway, I-25). They have free breakfast in the morning, and the coffee in the lobby is decent (which is vital). The people who worked there were all really nice, and more than willing to help out when I needed something. I read some of the comments on this page that were negative, and they confused me. Was everything about my stay perfect? Of course not. But then again, nothing in life is perfect. For example, my wireless card tanked so I couldn't access the Internet. I went down to the front desk to ask for a patch cord so I could access the net through a hardwired connection, but the guy working there had no idea what I was talking about. I went back later and asked another lady for a patch cord and she provided one right away. So, was everything perfect? No. But like I said above, it was clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient. I recommended the hotel to a co-worker. she liked it as well. I'd recommend it again.

Our family stayed here after searching the web for a place that would easily accomodate a family of five adults. It was tough to find an affordable hotel that didn't require us to book two rooms. This was better than we expected. There were two bedrooms and a total of three beds. Also, the sofa converts to a bed if needed. A central living area with full kitchen were an added bonus. The best surprise was the great continental breakfast buffet. Everything you could imagine! The staff was always busy keeing everything in full supply and everything tasted great. Have breakfast on the open balcony and you'll have a great view of Pikes Peak! What a great way to start your morning! Easy access to I-25 makes it easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, etc. If staying in the middle of the week, you can enjoy delicious complimentaty evening meals which is great for a family on a budget.

We were very pleased with the room, location, and cleaniness of the hotel. We did not eat breakfast unfortunately as the place was loaded with kids. There was no room to sit, kids lottering, and luggage every where. But we found a restraurant close. Like the hotel and would stay there again. Love the free internet.

My upgraded room had lots of space. Business Center had only (2) computers available, which kids tied up by surfing the internet all day long. Love the kitchenette, fridge and microwave in every suite. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Room was super clean. Overall a nice place to stay.

The view from the patio was spectacular and felt like a resort. The front desk staff were terrific and very helpful, going out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The house keeping was a problem, they don't plan to come on the weekend and then didn't show up on Monday even when specifically requested to do so. The evening staff at the desk was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had what we needed, bringing linen, soap, and emptying trash (yes, no trash collection for 3 nights with 4 people in the room!), etc. The next morning I spoke to the manager about it and she was not at all helpful or concerned, in fact she was a little defensive and did not offer me any compensation or apology for the inconvenience. If she had been my help the night before or my only contact with the hotel I would not go back again. Fortunately that was not the case. The ladies who served the breakfast were super and the food was good. It was quite wonderful to have breakfast on the patio with the gorgeous mountains in view.

From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted. The suites are large and very comfortable. Great Breakfast and the view off the patio of the mountains was the best.

My experience at Staybridge Suites - Colorado Spring Best view of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. The staff was professional and excellent customer service. Great breakfast, dinner and suites where very comfortable.

The suite was very nice and clean. I liked the little kitchen area. Can't think of anything. This was a very nice motel. The layout was nice. They didn't have an indoor pool but you could use the holiday inn pool which was within walking distance. One of the things they didn't have, and we would have liked, is in-house movies. They offered them, but at the time of our stay, they were changing movie companies so the movies were not available. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Was disappointed with the interior of the hotel and the rooms. Had a musty smell and carpets looked worn. Rooms were very small and not very nice. Mattress was very hard. Bathroom not very nice. Not enough towels stacked in bathroom and only a half roll of toilet paper. Called the front desk, but no one brought more towels and TP. Had to go to the front desk myself.
