They were very accomodating to the best they could be, but water in shower was only hot...no cold..not good for a bath...took 8 days to have this corrected. Good breakfast. Boiled eggs is all it takes for me. I only had housekeeping clean my room every 4 days and I often found they would run my dishes through dishwasher with no soap. I could hear ever elevator ding throughout the night and day. I would choose these over many extended stay locations, but it does have its limitations. Bad freeway acess during rush hour. Very freindly staff..I just got tired of having to register a complaint every day..no one wants to be that person. Scratchy sheeets...mildly

Very clean and quiet, amazing room for the price. Comfortable accomodations with a hot continental breakfast in the morning. Lots of extras in room - paper towels, soft Kleenex, dishwashing soap (and dishwasher!), can opener, dishes, coffee maker, iron, clothes basket, blowdryer, and anything else we seemed to need! Even a bag of microwave popcorn for a movie night. Located n a very safe, trendy, and convenient area of Dallas. Staff went over and beyond and were very friendly. Nothing bad to say. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everyone was very helpful when I needed them to be and left us alone when I wanted that. The room was great. I loved having my bed sectioned off and having a kitchen was wonderful. I was able to run to the supermarket and buy some food instead of eating out every night. That was my favorite part of the room. I will stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Breakfast was awesome! Staff friendly! TheAC unit very loud and no water pressure. Wonderful stay. The morning breakfasts were surprisingly good. Hotel very clean and friendly staff. TheAC unit in the room was very noisy and the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

I Stayed here with some friends for a long weekend getaway and some family activites. Thursday night- they have happy hour so my friends and I gathered in the lobby and partook in the activies. The staff was "over the top" friendly and nice. Bed was so comfortable, I slept great- I was told they just got all new matresses. The breakfast was more than I expected and was actually more than normal hotel "continental" stuff. It was clean(smelled fresh), staff was friendly, and location was convenient! I would recomment this place to anyone I know traveling to Dallas.

The breakfast buffet, evening buffet, and room size and amenities. My only complaint was the inconveniet access to the lobby and buffet from our room. tt Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent buffets and overall amenities were great!

This was are first time visiting Dallas and the Staybridge suites was in the perfect location. Great continental breakfast and a nice happy hour. We loved the fact that there is a seperate door to the king bedroom so we could have privacy from my 21 year old son who stays up late.

Clean, well designed room, and nice shampoo. Nice, convenient, right on the Tollway. Friendly staff, breakfast looked great, but already had plans for Christmas morning.

This basic hotel was very clean and up to date for the money. Kitchenette a nice touch if staying a few days. Located in a bustling corporate area of N Dallas there are many restaurant and bar choices nearby if you have a car. I made the mistake of waiting to book the day before my trip and the rate went up so book ahead and save.

Stayed here after Christmas with my family. Quick curtious check-in. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast layout. Location was very good for my visit to Dallas. Shopping and restaurants were close.

"Its not the Marriott Suites but it offers superb value. Its close to the Dallas Galleria, close the top Restaurants in Dallas. It offers a kitchenette. though bring a 1/4 lb of your own coffee---that packaged coffee is aweful. If you're claustrophic upgrade to the executive suite---its a little larger and more open. Ask for a room in the building that houses the main lobby so you're not travelling ten miles to the front of the hotel! "

The hotel was very clean with much needed amenities for the business traveler. The business center was greatly appreciated as was the shuttle for evening transport. I used the schuttle to go to neighborhood restaurants. The breakfast was super with healthly and hearty choices. I used the exercise each night and was very glad to have that conviently availiable. I liked my stay so much that I traveled to Atlanta this past week and stayed at Staybridge there.

Very convenient to the part of town I like - good restaurants. Maid service poor - had to go to front desk for towels - bed not made. Great location - nice, clean room. Not well set up for short stays as cleaning routine is spotty.

Squeaky clean! Excellent complimentary breakfast! Hard to get to because of the Toll Road. Not a 4 star like I've stayed in, but I would put it against any 4 star hotel in terms of a clean, new, fresh, people freindly hotel. HUGE room with the full kitchen. It's like the economy extended stay, but kicked up a notch in regards to decor and service. Excellent.
