The hotel is brand new in a newly developed area in a 10 minutes from the city center by subway. Comfortable rooms but without any special character. Moderate variety in breakfast. I would certainly recommend it for its price but to person who does not care about great facilities or special decoration

I was hanging around Stockholm and used the hotel only to rest at night and use the internet to keep in touch with my work. The hotel was not completed so there were departments that might not be available to judge Generally it was good compared to the price we had to pay per night

The Stay At is part of a chain of hotels. It is brand new. It is an extended stay place, with a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and utensils and pots and pans (none of which we used, but it was nice they were available). It was about two blocks from a subway station, so all of downtown Stockholm and the suburbs were easily reachable. Breakfast was a utilitarian Swedish breakfast (sandwiches and cereal, with soft boiled eggs, juice, and coffee). There was fruit on several of the days, but the fruit was not the greatest. This will be the first place I look at when I return to Stockholm.

At a reasonable price the hotel room was like a studio apartment, where we could prepare our own food, immaculate bathroom, good plumbing, clean as a whistle throughout. Spacious restaurant with ample, delicious breakfasts every morning. Close to two Tunnelbana (subway/metro) stations. But best of all, every one of the top-notch English-speaking staff was superb in helping us find things and in general achieve the special goals that brought us to Sweden. One major problem (not their fault): Their address street does not appear on any Stockholm street map! We were wandering about late at night and were helped by a man waiting for a taxi and a prince of a taxi driver who took us there at no charge. I'm going to write directly to the hotel and suggest they find a way to make their location known!

I was in Stockholm for the week, and stayed at this hotel for six nights. The hotel had only been open for one week, and some construction was still going on, but there was very little noise. The rooms were very modern, and new. The staff was wonderful and spoke almost perfect English. The hotel is not located in the heart of Stockholm, but is within walking distance of the subway. The area is basically residential with a lot of apartment buildings. There are grocery stores, delis, and restaurants nearby. (about a half mile) I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying at this hotel again.
